- LHLeah HendersonMay 9, 20261.0I am absolutely appalled by the customer service or lack thereof of this location. I triple checked that I did a plan ahead order, recieved a call an hour before I was to pick up asking when I was coming. I told them 6pm. She argued with me for 10 minutes saying I didn't do a plan ahead order, she said she would remake our pizza but we would have to pay for both orders totalling $168. This is despicable customer service, no wonder they only have 3.5 stars.

The GF pizza was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I order GF from Dominoes regularly and the crust is lovely and soft. This was overcooked, hard as a cracker, hardly any toppings and zero taste. Went in on Wednesday to bring back the GF pizza as we didn’t eat it and asked if they wear hair nets in their food prep area (they do not). Employee said to leave my name and number, no call yet and it’s Saturday.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and they literally called me back just to say they “don’t want to do it” because they’ve had prank deliveries before and now expect me to pay ahead of time. That’s not my problem. I’m a paying customer and was ready to pay cash at the door like normal. Instead of treating customers with respect, they act like everyone is trying to scam them. If you can’t handle delivery orders, don’t offer delivery. Simple. Or I would use skip the dishes.. Worst pizza place in town. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers like Best Bite Pizza or Woodstone. Way better service and way better food. Do not recommend at all.

Before you know it, you'll have enough to receive a pizza, basically for free. You also don't need to buy anything in order to use your papa bucks. Its a fantastic system that actually pays off. 👌
