  The most useless manager and careless staff. Always messed up with orders, always long waiting time. Waiting 5 minutes ti change my drink and another 5 because they forgot to add tomato and instead of make new burgers they just put tomatoes on and gave back cold burges, that's ridiculous

  Always missing some of the order when going through the drivethrough. I have checked the bill and yes I was charged. On the last 3 orders I did not get what I paid for and lots of oopsies before this. Never have this problem at dairy queen ever.

  It took 20 minutes sitting curbside to receive two happy meals and one bloody Big Mac. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst is I went inside and asked and the MANAGER had the gall to lie and say it takes 10 minutes to cook. I worked at McDonald’s 25 years ago and remember vividly the cooking times. I believe 5 minutes at most should’ve been it besides its lunch time so they should’ve had extras going and ready to satisfy the lunch rush period. The lie from the MANAGER is what angered me most.
