    Worst McDonald's in Canada We ordered 2 meals and an extra burger, they didnt include the meals burgers so we had to go back to get it. It was about 10pm so the dining room was closed so we had to go back through the drive thru. When we did the girl at the front window, took the bag and disappeared for 10 minutes. When she came back she handed us a fresh bag of food STILL MISSING THE 2 BURGERS! So I said the 2 burgers still aren't here. She said "I've done everything im going to do for you, my manager refunded the order" I looked at my bank and instantly saw that was a lie so I requested the manager, who confimed there was no refund and she was lying to us. He then went and made the order correct. I've had some bad experiences at McDonald's, but this one takes the cake. Stay as far away as you can from this place.

    We waited a very long time for our order (one ice cream, and two coffee); there was a lot of confusion. After the order left the queue on the monitor screen, we waited another 10-15 minutes.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. I went through the drive-thru and was told that decaf coffee was "unavailable." When I asked whether it simply hadn't been brewed yet or whether there was another reason, I was given no explanation—just that it was unavailable. We then ordered McMuffins with sausage and bacon added. When we got home, we discovered that two of the sandwiches only had the added bacon and were missing the sausage entirely. We had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to have the order corrected. What was particularly frustrating was that the employee repeated the order back to us at the drive-thru window, yet the order was clearly never verified before being tossed into a bag. If the order is being repeated, customers expect that it is actually being checked for accuracy. I understand that mistakes happen. What seems to be overlooked is the impact those mistakes have on customers. If I had been eating inside the restaurant, it would have been a minor inconvenience. Instead, it was a 10-minute drive home, a 10-minute drive back, and in my case I had to leave seniors unattended in order to correct the restaurant's error. When I returned, I was told that the sandwich should have been ordered as a "Mighty McMuffin." That makes no sense to me. It is not the customer's responsibility to know internal menu shortcuts or to correct the employee taking the order. The responsibility for entering the order correctly belongs to the staff member processing it. This location appears to need better training and better quality control. What was also disappointing was the lack of accountability. No manager stepped forward to address the issue or make amends. A quick "Sorry, ma'am" did not feel sufficient given the inconvenience caused. Mistakes happen, but when they do, businesses should acknowledge the impact on customers and take meaningful steps to make things right. Unfortunately, that did not happen today.
