The quality of the customer service at this particular location has plummeted over the past several weeks. In just a short span, I've been given the wrong order on multiple occasions and been given attitude by snarky teenagers in return. Everyone at the drive-thru seems to look at me as if I'm below them even though the vast majority of the daytime staff can't be any older than 20. I mean, you're flipping burgers and yet you're literally making twice what I was making when I was your age working at Pizza Hut. I think some humility is in order on your part. Not to mention your staff cannot make coffee half the time without over-brewing it and making it taste like muddy water, so I think it goes without saying how ironic it is that your younger team members convey such an attitude to people twice their age whom they don't even know. It makes me wonder how many nepo's you have on the payroll because I know that several high schoolers rotate out of this McDonald's staff every single school year -- it's a trend I've seen since I moved here in 2020. So, it's not a blind assumption to speculate that most of your younger staff simply don't care about their jobs. The short and stout manager who appears to be Mediterranean comes across as a poor manager who power trips and escalates issues into downright conflicts. Not to mention that there's a very young black girl who seems to be bored enough with her job to play mind games with customers at the drive-thru. Lately, it feels as if I'm being subtly bullied by your team every time I come, and it's quite sad and hilarious at the same time to witness. Not only as a long-time customer of many years at this location, but as someone who's lived all over Western Canada and never had a experience at McDonald's as passive-aggressive as the ones I've had at this location and multiple others throughout the city of Chilliwack. This city has garnered a negative reputation amongst Canadians and British Columbians alike, and the conduct seen at your McDonald's location is a vivid illustration of precisely why that is. Fire everyone at that McDonald's who isn't nice (because there's still a few of them there that I really enjoy ordering from!), fire everyone in management except your 3-4 lovely Filipino managers, and scrub that workplace of all the toxicity because I'm not going to take back anything I've said here until you do all this. Give your heads a shake! Bring back good customer service in Chilliwack!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's. The service was unacceptably slow, and the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. It took far too long to receive my order, and when the food finally arrived, it was not fresh and did not meet the quality I expect. To make matters worse, the washrooms were filthy. They were poorly maintained, with overflowing garbage, dirty floors, and an overall lack of cleanliness. A restaurant should prioritize hygiene, especially in areas used by customers. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Between the terrible service, disappointing food, and dirty washrooms, I will not be returning unless significant improvements are made. I hope management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.

Yes. I actually ate here! Big Msc was fair - no complaints. I only discovered their fruit smoothies several days ago, and nought kne simply because (as per usual for McDonald's) their shake machine was down. Well fir once, I'm glad it was broken; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bothered to sample a smoothie here. If you haven't tried a McDee's fruit Smoothie, give it a shot! It isn't anywhere on the same peel as Booster Juice or better Smoothie bars, but for McDonalds, it actually feels like they are punching above their weight class with this item, and I hope it stays on their permanent menu.
