  Disgusting customer service by the manager on duty. Was there around 2:20PM ,July 22nd. I had to call for someone to take my order multiple times and was then served by a girl taking her break in the dinning area. The lady who was actually on duty, came in front with so much attitude and was extremely rude to me ordering me to get out of the store as if she ownes KFC. Workers like these must be terminated. Not just a review, Ill be taking this matter to higher authorities.

  Make sure to get their attention for your online order to be made. Food was really good, they definitely know how to make chicken.

  The soda fountain at this location is stocked incorrectly. I filled my cup with what was supposed to be Diet Coke; however, it sent my blood glucose through the roof. This doesn’t happen with actual Diet Coke — no, other food I’d eaten didn’t cause this glucose response. Additionally, they don’t give out napkins unless you ask for them, which is odd. The washrooms are locked, and you need to wait for an employee to unlock them for you, rather than having a digital lock or being given a key.
