  I was on my way to church in a mad rush as all dads are driving to church. (Amirite fellas?) And my youngest daughter says the words you never want to hear when church starts in 5 minutes and you're almost there. "I'm hungry" So my wonderful beautiful wife convinces me it's worth it to stop for some chicken strips at the nearest fast food restaurant, and I quickly navigate my way to KFC. They say how can I take your order I say "two chicken strips" Nevermind 6 strips. And fries. Alright 6 strips and fries and what do you want for your second side I'm like nah just strips and fries I don't need another side Then while I'm driving I'm thinking , they're gonna charge me for 2 sides either way I'll just ask for another set of fries as the second She says yep you can do two fries as the two sides. I'm thinking I'm getting like normal sized fries here but when she hands me the food it's 6 strips and two giant buckets of fries and it was over $30 I did not realize I was ordering a 6 strip box with two large sides, I originally just asked for strips and fries and she automatically made it strips with 2 LARGE sides, when I was only asking for strips and ONE normal sized side. Anyway it was a bit shocking and annoying I didn't intend to spend that much on a quick snack. Y'all need to fix your menu if people can't simply order 6 chicken strips and a normal sized fries To make matters worse, cause I can already hear everyone yelling "bro you should've known you were getting a big family meal" Another thing she failed to do as an employee 1) she didn't punch the items in as I ordered them on the screen so I couldn't even see what was being ordered 2) she didn't give me a total before telling me to drive forward 3)she didn't tell me the total when I pulled up and handed my card over 4) she took my card out of my line of sight, claiming the drive thru machine wasn't working so she'd have to take it to the front and tap it This employee ought to be fired and I admit I should have said NO to that but I was caught way off guard and no employee should be doing that.

  Popped in for the 2 can dine deal. You now have to order at the kiosk (cash/coupon only at the till). No receipt given, just enter your name and they call out when ready. Plus they charge 25 cents for paper bags. The food….although it was hot, I think they forgot all 11 herbs and spices. Had to add salt to everything to get some flavour- quite bland and not the signature taste I remember.
