2 small fries, 2 small gravy and 4 gross chicken strips cost me 35 bucks. I didn’t order chicken strips and there was no explanation why they had no medium size just rude jerk staff. 4 years a customer and now you will never get another dime from me.

Hot wings and zinger sandwich was hard and gross; like it was reheated No mashed potatoes in order. Food was cold. I dislike there kiosk system. Nothing good about the service we received from this KFC. I will not be returning back to KFC anytime soon. Very disappointed

Disgusting customer service by the manager on duty. Was there around 2:20PM ,July 22nd. I had to call for someone to take my order multiple times and was then served by a girl taking her break in the dinning area. The lady who was actually on duty, came in front with so much attitude and was extremely rude to me ordering me to get out of the store as if she ownes KFC. Workers like these must be terminated. Not just a review, Ill be taking this matter to higher authorities.

The soda fountain at this location is stocked incorrectly. I filled my cup with what was supposed to be Diet Coke; however, it sent my blood glucose through the roof. This doesn’t happen with actual Diet Coke — no, other food I’d eaten didn’t cause this glucose response. Additionally, they don’t give out napkins unless you ask for them, which is odd. The washrooms are locked, and you need to wait for an employee to unlock them for you, rather than having a digital lock or being given a key.
