  Epically bad quality food . Told to wait by the back door for fresh food . When it came ten minutes later chicken was soggy and not fresh . Popcorn chicken cold and soggy like salty foam . Fries that were hot were soggy . Come on KFC is this really what the product is supposed to be like . I cannot believe it

  Stop in to grab some food for the grandkids on the way to a game. Poutine and some popcorn chicken also a chicken sandwich, found it expensive for the amount of food.

  I always go to this location. They make my order always fast and fresh. Today, I had a big order and as soon as I get to the window it was ready, I was surprised. Good job!

  Ate at the restaurant as takeout chicken only. The food was super fresh and hot and the chicken was crispy with no grease. Great job.

  Edit. This branch clearly doesnt want customers. Their customer service and how they operate is tremendously atrocious. Only 1 coupon for customers and you need a physical copy. So whats the point of inline coupons and driving around again to order the same thing. Lol Original rating was 3/5. I am only giving a review because I can’t forget my experience from here. I was ordering in the drive thru. The lady had trouble taking my order. I was polite throughout as I can tell she was getting frustrated and had trouble understanding. From a customer service perspective, that was an atrocious experience. They made us park up front and gave no eta for the order on top of the mixup with the order. Perhaps placing someone more comfortable in taking customer orders could really help your store out and help the employee out as well.
