  My first visit at Chipotle. Despite my expectation for fast food, ingredients were fresh. The beef, pork and chicken being grilled behind the counter, they were making guacamole from Avacado fresh and not from prepared bags. Service was okey may be about 10-15 minutes wait. Only suggestion I can make is the burrito carnitas portion was little too big, specially for a child and the cost with a drink just short of $20. The ratio of rice, beans, salsa, etc, to the meat was approximately 4 or 5 to 1. Probably adding little more protein and less rice would be better. Also helps wrapping the tortilla little more manageable.

  The portion size was much smaller than expected for the price charged, which was disappointing. Also, please clearly label which toppings have an additional charge so customers know before selecting them. Better transparency during the ordering process would help avoid confusion and unexpected costs.

  This was our first experience with Chipolte and we were very impressed. The food was amazing, huge sizes, the staff were very helpful and encouraging to support our first time and even said have a safe trip which was nice. Look forward to it opening in Kelowna

  I had to ask the employee’s name so I could write a review because he was so accommodating and kind to us! Hanish, you’re excellent in customer service. You asked us how are food was, and helped us with downloading the app for free chips and guacamole! We were in a chatty mood, so you asked and answered questions with us and it was very appreciated. You’re a very kind authentic individual! Cheers!

  I usually choose Chipotle because it’s a reliable, clean option, but this Chilliwack location is an absolute disgrace to the chain. Walking in here was incredibly disappointing—the entire place was a total mess from top to bottom. I’m ashamed to say that I actually stayed to dine here. Overflowing Trash: Every single garbage can was overflowing, both in the dining room and back in the kitchen. The bathroom garbage was piling onto the floor as well. The food prep surfaces where the rice was being seasoned were disgusting, and all the cooking and assembly surfaces at the food bar were covered in debris. Almost every single table was filthy. There is a literal hole in the dining room floor, and the buttons for wheelchair accessibility are falling off the wall. To top it off, I watched a staff member check food temperatures and just wipe the thermometer probe on an absolutely filthy rag between items instead of properly cleaning it. This goes way beyond a busy shift—this is a total failure of basic management and a complete lack of hygiene.
