  The coffee at this location is honestly becoming a joke. No matter how many times I ask for it to be stirred, it NEVER is. Every single time there’s a pile of sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup like someone poured it in and immediately called it a day. How is making a basic coffee suddenly rocket science? And the taste? Constantly sour, stale, or like the machines haven’t been cleaned in ages. It never used to be like this, but lately the quality has dropped hard. Coffee is one of the easiest things on the menu and somehow it’s the most consistently messed up item. Maybe the machines need cleaning, or maybe there needs to be a giant instruction sheet beside them: Step 1: Pick up spoon. Step 2: Put spoon in cup. Step 3: Make sure spoon reaches the bottom. Step 4: Stir for more than half a second. Step 5: Congratulations — you made coffee. Also, the morning drive-thru experience is painful. You get: “Hi, how can I help you?” … then silence while the order taker has a conversation with someone else… then ten seconds later: “Can you repeat that?” 😂 I’m at the point where I genuinely expect disappointment every visit. This place used to be reliable. Now it feels like getting a properly made coffee is a lottery.

  Always less than average service, food is always cold… and pricing is no longer even close to worth it. Sorry, but better standards are needed.

  Can't even understand English when ordering, say my order and get a I'm sorry reply 10 times and then still mess up my order. Sheesh, I don't expect much but some days it's horrible customer service.

  Its Mc Donald's. You kown what your getting and for the occasional treat its great. My guilty pleasure is the caramel Sunday and a Big Mac.
