  Visited the Subway on Canada Way and had a great experience. Hesha was very friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. She prepared everything carefully and made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Really appreciated her positive attitude and professionalism. Definitely one of the better Subway experiences I’ve had!

  This should be a role model for the other subways. The tall guy who works the night shift is absolutely amazing. Give this man a raise! I wish the other locations had this quality. The food here is proper, the location at moscrop I understand is the same owner but they don't even know what a tomato should look like they serve mush and yellow ones and the bain is frozen. Canada way and smith is 100% on point.

  Visited Subway recently and Hesha made my sub absolutely amazing! Even during rush time, she was super polite, fast, and prepared everything perfectly. Her service, attention to detail, and friendly nature made the whole experience much better. One of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Thank you Hesha for the great service! Just disappointed with their ventilation system. I don't know know why it's feel too much hotter inside.

  I had a great experience at this Subway location thanks to Hesha. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made the whole process quick and easy while still taking the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It’s not every day you come across customer service like that, her positive attitude genuinely made my day better. You can tell she cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience she provided. Thank you, Hesha!

  I had a great experience at Canada Way Subway, all thanks to Hesha. Even during a busy rush, she handled everything so smoothly and professionally. Despite the crowd, she prepared my sub quickly and perfectly, without compromising on quality at all. She was friendly, polite, and very attentive to details, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and efficiency really stood out. It’s not easy to maintain such great service during peak hours, but Hesha did an amazing job. Highly recommend this location!
