  I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated today, September 7, around 1:55 PM. There was a tall female employee with her hair tied back (curly hair)and she had grey hair who was assisting customers at the self checkout. When I asked her for help, she was rude and dismissive toward me. I would say (She is racist). She did not even acknowledge me or say thank you. What upset me even more was seeing her being friendly and polite toward other customers while treating me completely differently. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, and the way I was treated came across as discriminatory. It is a shame that a grocery store would have someone representing the company who treats customers this way. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation.

  It’s definitely one of the older ones , convenient location so expect lots of traffic congestion when driving here but the parking lot is the worse, many people walking through it. Washrooms in the back, you’ll need a code. Friendly staff as usual, much better than Superstore.

  I would express my sincere appreciation to Maria for her kindness. Last Wednesday morning, I bought a bouquet of flowers at somewhere else but they didn’t provide gift wrap service. I came to Save-On-Foods for help. When Maria got to know that I was going to meet my daughter in law for the very first time, she wrapped the flowers in pink and tied a beautiful lace. She offered this for free plus a warm greeting to me. She made my day. 🌹🌹🌹🌹Maria, God bless you.

  Precut pineapple as of 20 mins ago on shelf are spoiled, discard them.
