  This has been my familys go to grocery store forever! Not only are the products fresh, but what really sets this save on foods apart is their community involvement. They have constantly helped out high schools, non profit organizations, and charities in donating food/supplies for fundraisers.

  I have already filed my complain about today's experince CUS3456506 please reach out to me soon. Here is what happened, I went to the store and found the Beef Jerky is on sale for $5.99. I thought great! Let me buy one, After making payments I checked the receipt and found out I was charged $8.99. as per.Scanner Code of Practice we supposed to get a full refund for this product and keep the product. Store staff reviewed the shelf asked the store manager come over. Talked with each other about whatever code doesn't match, I showed them the product name matches and on that single product standing shelf that's the ONLY thing on there. Store manager came over, didn't apologize and said okay, scan Your more rewards card here. I was wondering what are we doing here? He said refund you 3.00, I know you want me to do the full refund, but as per store policy, 1. this is on sale. 2. there is miss match code. So no, I am only refund you $3.00. or you can return this product Excuse me? I am very sorry this is how your store manager handling the situation. No apologize, and very poor attitude that makes us feel we were purposely stealing from you?? Unacceptable attitude towards customers!!!. If you check our membership history this was the first time we ever found and request such thing. I explained to him, 1. the product name matches and that's the only thing on that standout shelf. I am not responsible for your barcode when I see name matches 2. whether or not it's on sale or not, did not change the fact that you over charged me. 3. I am not happy with your solution. Store manager's response was very straight forward, which option you want me to process 3.00 or return the product? Very intersing, that was what you supposed to do in the first place!!! it's not a solution to this situation at all. I am like go ahead refund me $3.00, I will make a review on Google. by the way I have all the pictures of price, shelf, and receipts.
