  This PriceSmart looks rather new! Hit and miss bargains or products of interest. Remember to bring your credit card or other means of payment. Some of you have been experiencing memory issues ever since the pandemic. (For example: Forgetting your wallet to pay for purchases Or memory issues in general then Refer to British Columbia government Provincial Health Services Authority reference regarding long covid.   I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Edmonds location. This has become an ongoing issue, particularly when Mehek and Taran are working. I regularly see them talking to each other in their own language while customers are waiting or trying to get their attention, and customers are often completely ignored. Yesterday, Mehek was on her phone when I arrived, and then Snowhill (I believe that is her name) came over and they began having a conversation while I was standing there. Neither acknowledged me or made any effort to assist me. To be clear, **this is not about what language they speak**. The issue is that employees are having personal conversations and using their phones while on the sales floor instead of paying attention to customers and providing proper customer service. This happens far too often and creates a very unwelcoming experience. I have also witnessed other customers being ignored. Management really needs to address this because customers should not have to stand around waiting while employees are busy talking to each other. I have brought this concern to Head Office and hope it is passed along to the supervisor responsible for this store. If this continues, you are going to lose customers who will simply shop elsewhere.
