  My order was ready for pickup 15 minutes after I placed it, I was initially happy to experience this. However perhaps it should’ve flagged more concern, as when I opened the pizza immediately when I got home exactly 5 minutes later, it was already cold with the cheese dry and crusted. When I have ordered DELIVERY from other Papa John’s locations in the past, the pizzas have seemed fresher than this! I’m afraid they may have given me a pizza that had been sitting there for some time…will not be getting anything from this location again.

  June 23rd 2026: we called ahead to order 6 large pizzas for the next day for pick up at 11:45 AM, knowing it will be busy due to FIFA soccer game. June 24th: arrived at 11:40 AM to pick up the pizza, only to be told by the person manning the store that it will be “20 more minutes” so we waited. At noon the staff member was seen making ONE pizza (clearly not ours), and then straight up lied to our face: “I am making your pizza right now, I have one delivery to make but yours will be 15 more minutes.” He was also the only person working and made up some excuse about another employee getting into a crash (how convenient) so he was busy. He also “guaranteed” our order would be ready in another 15 mins knowing full well that was a lie, as none of our 6 large pizzas had even been started yet, and it would take him at least 15 mins to make the delivery first to another customer. So he was the cook AND delivery driver?! So we cancelled and he did not seem bothered at all (if he had started already, these would be wasted ingredients and he WOULD be bothered). Unreliable business and worse - openly lying to customers’ face and not valuing people’s time. Will never return again. 👎🏽

  Love the NY style pepperoni. Sauce has good flavor . Lots of pepperoni. Delish my new fav place!

  My son ordered two meals, but the restaurant packed both items—one of which was a pizza—into a single box. As shown in the photo, the pizza was cut in an irregular and messy way, and the portion size was reduced, which is essentially shortchanging and fraudulent. The other food was placed beside it, and by the time it arrived, both items had become soggy and completely inedible. My son had to throw the food away and was forced to cook again at home. This is very bad and extremely disappointing. In reality, my son paid for food that was essentially a scam, with such poor quality that it could not be eaten. It is clearly visible in the photo how the restaurant improperly cut the pizza. This is outright theft.
