- ABAydan BlondeauSep 12, 20263.0Pizza was good as it should be, but my boneless wings were quite underwhelming compared to normal.
- MCMichael ColemanSep 10, 20262.0Very disappointed in my orders from this location. Recently my orders have been coming from here instead of Bainbridge, and it’s been quite the change in service. On multiple occasions my food has arrived between 30-90 minutes late, cold on my doorstep with no ring, knock, or phone call to alert me that the order has arrived. The last time I ordered, on 09/07, they were out of what I had ordered and instead made me a ($3 cheaper) pizza without any reimbursement or upgrade. I was willing to let it go because whatever, it’s $3, but then the order arrived cold, 40 minutes late, and missing the garlic sauce and pepper which is honestly the main reason I even order Papa John’s. After phoning the restaurant to ask about it, I was offered a 50% off “coupon” I could only use by adding a whole lot of inconvenience to my end. I instead opted for a partial refund, which I was told the manager would reach out to me over. It’s been a few days and I’ve received no word from the team here. It’s frustrating to have an order go wrong but it’s beyond so to have happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location. I’ll make sure my order location is from the good Papa John’s from now on.
- PPPeppergutsSep 7, 20261.0They handed my delivery to BCIT off to Door dash. It went downtown instead and left on a step. 40$ credit card card charge to receive nothing. Big Chain means no reimbursement. Place sucks. Customer lost.
- DDDVSep 6, 20261.0saying you’re short staffed and turning customers away at 10pm on Saturday is crazy
- SDSigurd DanesSep 6, 20261.0The two Indian ladies who are working the 9pm shift on 5/Sept/2026 have the WORST attitude- if you are not happy at your job find another don’t make the costumer interaction horrible
