The staff were super fast, friendly, and efficient. Even though it was very busy, they kept the line moving quickly and provided excellent service. The food was fresh, delicious, and the quality was great. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There were two nice ladies working in the front .The food was fresh, delicious, and the quality was excellent! A special shout out to Arezoo for going above and beyond and making my experience extra special today and being super fast . Your kindness and great service really made a difference! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend New York Fries Metrotown.

- JTJay TAug 11, 20261.0I am a regular customer of NY fries and I almost come here 3-4 days a week! I took someone else’s order ( nacho fries) by mistake and when I saw , I immediately returned it ! The lady at front yelled at me fo rthat ! Was my mistake so I apologized ! Anyways that front lady (very slim and white skin colour) snatched the receipt from the tray and made the same order (Nacho frues ) again ! So I went to the counter again and the cashier lady was so nice to me and she said I remember u ordered (Poutine with onions and tomatoes) , we’ll make that for u !! After sometime the same rude lady comes and handles me gravy for poutine only ! I said thats again not my order !! She started yelling at me again saying I handled her that receipt ! I said I returned the tray but that was not my order ! Then she said u gave me that ! I said u guys didn’t give me my receipt at all! I was ready to pay for another order but coz of that lady I didn’t! Anyways I would like something must be done by the managers ! The staff’s expressions calmed me down as i was almost crying ! I hate that lady Forever now ! Can u pls terminate her !! Please expell her from there ! She deserves a big punishment! I want a refund atleast coz they didn’t make my order at all! All this happened around 1:20 pm on Tuesday, August 11,2026!! I really really want a refund !! I have a screenshot of my payment too!!
