I went through the drive thru and paid for my order. The teller asked me if it went through, I looked at her and said that’s her job, check the receipts. She stated it didn’t print one and that I’ll have to pay again. I paid again, than she told me to park and wait. While waiting I checked my bank account and it stated 2 payments of the exact amount at the same time. So I went inside, the place was packed and completely disorganized. I asked to speak with someone that manager came and told me she can’t refund me. I showed her that it took the money out of my account twice and she stated that this happens a lot because of there pos systems. I told her that I want my money back and she kept saying no.

Just tried to order. We showed up at the drive through and there was only 2 people in line, we went on the right order and they literally took 5-6 people's orders on the left and only took ours once there was someone behind us.
IT WAS CRAZY! I've never been ignored and had so many other people's orders taken before mine. Terrible!

there were like 10 people eating in the lobby but i couldn’t come in and place an order due to a “safety issue” so ridiculous

We visited on April 18. Food seems much better than before. Maybe management changed.
