  My son got extremely sick several hours after eating here on Friday May 15th at about 2pm. It started with severe diarrhea that night and then vomiting diarrhea, nausea, headache, stomach pain chills and profuse sweating by the next morning and for 3 days feeling sick and exhausted after. He obviously got food poisoning. Either the food was bad or the staff isn't cleaning their hands and contaminated the food. Sorry never eating there again. Too many cooks spoil the pot. There is way too much staff handling the food there and it's way too busy for mistakes and hygiene issues to happen.

  One of the busiest McDonald's around. They are just like typical McDonald's but as it is in the mall, always packed and sometimes staff could not keep up with cleaning and restocking. Also very hard to get a hold of them if you need ketchup and other things.

  Had a breakfast meal today. It was around 6 a.m and it wasn't busy at all as there were only 4-5 guests only. Sadly, the hash brown was lukewarm and soggy. One small bite resulted in tearing the soggy middle part which was disappointing. And the sausage & egg McMuffin had burnt edge on the muffin. The service was fast though and that was the only positive experience I had.

  Had a pleasant experience visiting this McDonald's branch on a Sunday afternoon. Despite a long queue and a high volume of customers, the staff provided efficient and quick service throughout the visit. There was a steady turnover of customers, which ensured that tables remained available for those dining in. Store was well-maintained, including a clean and accessible in-store washroom, and I observed the staff promptly sanitizing tables once guests had finished their meals. This location is conveniently situated inside the Metropolitan Mall positioned in the entrance and near to Metrotown Station.
