Ordered McDonald’s delivery yesterday and I have to applaud the team for achieving a level of efficiency I didn’t know was possible.
Orange juice? No straw.
Chicken nuggets? No dipping sauce.
Fries? No ketchup.
At this point I’m impressed. It takes real coordination to forget literally every important extra item in one order. The burger arrived like it survived a natural disaster and the bag felt more like a scavenger hunt than dinner.
Five stars for consistency though — not a single accessory made it into the bag. That kind of teamwork is rare.
We got an excellent service from Simran. She was nice to advice us that they are brewing new coffee and the egg for the breakfast sandwich was not good and making a new one. She was very nice and friendly. Thank you

My 6-year-old said a big “thank you” and the staff very clearly ignored it. No eye contact, no smile, no acknowledgment at all.
As parents, we’re trying to teach our child about manners, kindness, and basic civility, so moments like that stand out. I’ve also experienced the same thing here when I’ve come in alone. I worked in the service industry for a long time, so I understand stressful shifts and difficult days. This isn’t about expecting perfection.
But acknowledging a child who is trying to be polite takes almost no effort and goes a long way. It builds goodwill with customers, encourages kids to keep being respectful, and honestly just makes the world feel a little kinder.

This location is amazing! My sister and I stopped in with my nephew after his appointment and were blown away by the service and the design of the location. We will be back when we go for more of his testing down the street!
Disappointing. I've been a regular customer here, but my last three visits have been very disappointing. The food quality has dropped significantly and the wait was too long. was told my wait would be 3 mins, but it ended up being closer to 8mins.
