    Services are usually good. I just want to clarify ordering tea instructions. I ordered have tea on the side from menu. I only want very light tea so put in tea bag when ready to drink. This time my server told me I should select “take teabag out”. I’m confused which one is correct. 1. Tea on side 2. Take teabag out. I usually pick 1. But was told today it wrong. I should select 2. 🤷‍♀️please advise, To me “take teabag out” is after you dip in water & put wet teabag on the tray. Another issue I have is no receipt come out from kiosk for various reasons (out of paper, got stuck inside), I have to wait at cashier to get one.

    More than 10 years ago, this used to be one of the best McDonald's restaurants in town. It is supposingly the training facility of the regional office. Nowadays it's by far one of the worst. I ordered specifically no salt on my fries and I ended up with a triple salted fries that I have to throw away. Very often handing out drinks which the syrup had ran out, leaving the customer with pretty much carbonized water with color. Disregard promotional pricing and make up non sense rules on their own. Staff are generally rude, when you try to address the problems with them, especially the managers.

    We spent over 100 dollars worth of food and we didn't get good food or service and now they don't even offer refills on drink not to mention they gave me and my family dirty look for asking for the refills. And they don't keep the eating area clean most of the tables were filled with leftover food so do not eat at this location there are many better options in surry

    I ordered nuggets and didn’t got any nuggets sauce very disappointed with the order..also called the manager but he was rude and I would like to talk with head of store and if I don’t get any answer I need to take this thing to head office as I am also an employee of McDonald so I want answer.

    BE CAREFUL where you park here. They will tow you without warning and have all kinds of excuses to justify the tow. Checkered spots are reserved for contractors even though there's no sign indicating so. "Reserved McDonald's" parking is for office or training staff ONLY, apparently. Even though the marking on the parking spot indicate for McDonald's in general. English is my first language, but I felt I was in a foreign country trying to interpret this. I spoke with Theresa Jewett (Operations-Next Gen office) on the day of the tow and she said they haven't been able to repaint the checkered spots (faded) because it's been raining, WHAT RAIN, hasn't rained for days? Oh, they also ran out of cards to leave on windshield to warn people they shouldn't park there. I'm not sure why that's my issue, if your spots aren't clearly marked and your signs are not clear, this is not my problem. They didn't even have the common courtesy to make an announcement in the restaurant before initiating the tow. I then spoke with Christine in person (McDonald's manager) at head office who said that I was lucky to park where I've been parking. Really? Luck is why I wasn't towed before or did somebody just make the wrong call and towed my vehicle without a justifiable reason or warning? The most comical part is the tow company wrote down I was towed because I parked and walked off the property. I WAS IN THE RESTAURANT THE WHOLE TIME. I have the receipt to prove it. I come regularly and a lot of the McDonald's staff recognises me. Is this how a customer that has spent thousands of #x27;s over the years is treated? I guess so if you're a customer of a multi billion dollar corporation. No acknowledgement, no accountability, just "passing the buck" and hoping it all just goes away. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
