  10 mins wait before sales people took my order, followed by wait time to get food. Location seems understaffed big time. Also need customer service training. Sad to see this level of service in canada.

  Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a meal, when my order was almost done, the lady who was preparing my burger was holding the patty and buns with her bare hand, the same hand that she used in the till when I placed my order. I cancelled my order and even had to tell the other employee how the lady was making my order. Vey unhygienic🤮

  This was the SLOWEST FAST FOOD experience I’ve ever had. We waited for 30 minutes for our order, which completely defeats the purpose of calling it “fast food.” During our wait, at least three groups of customers arrived after us and left before we received our food. I understand they may have placed mobile or online orders, but seeing multiple groups come and go while we continued waiting was still very frustrating. The service was below average. There was an unpleasant smell inside the restaurant, but if you waited outside, you couldn’t hear the staff calling order numbers. I ended up standing by the entrance with the door slightly open so I wouldn’t miss our order. Even though there was plenty of space to walk around me, one staff member unnecessarily squeezed between me and the door instead of taking the open path, which felt quite inconsiderate and awkward. The food itself wasn’t anything special and certainly wasn’t worth the long wait. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants that offer better food and much faster service. We arrived while it was still daylight, and by the time we finally got our food, it was completely dark outside. That pretty much sums up our experience.

  they lie about what chicken they put in the famous chicken sandwich. if they dont feel like making it fresh, they just make you wait a 25 minutes after telling you 10 minute wait, and serve you a random piece of chicken they use for something else. i know it was wrong yet the new staff had the nerve to lie to my face. still got my refund. ive had the same sandwich here 30 times and its been very consistent up until now. its like serving somebody a root beer instead of an iced coffee and arguing with them that its an iced coffee. get a grip.
