  Very spotty quality ... varies per visit. Today the chicken was not bad, but you can tell the oil is getting old and needs to be replaced

  To be very real they should be shut down, purchased a family meal 9pc chicken Large fries, and 2 individual gravy’s. This was supposed to be dinner for my family, I live 5 min away from the restaurant and when I grabbed the first piece of chicken all of the skin and seasoning fell right off!! Tried another one same thing. Called them and the only thing I was told is to bring everything back and will redo the order! Why? I want the order proper the first time. What is that they would change? I decided to throw the food out and get Uber Eats from a different restaurant. Very disappointed no more KCF for our family I think!!!!

  Messed up my side upgrades TWICE via delivery, with them even missing a side order on the second time. When I tried to call this branch to figure out what happened, no one picks up. It's like they're instructed to not answer the phone. Disgusting behavior. Absolutely THE single worst KFC I have ordered from. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SIDES MISSING!!!!!!!!!!

  KFC spicy chicken wings are the worst chicken wings I've ever had in my entire life. Seriously, you are better off buying frozen wings from grocery stores Features: - Tiny sizes - Thick breading that is rock hard like bullets - Tiny amount of meat that is completely stuck in the breading unable to separate - Meat tastes like rubber, no texture - Says they are spicy but barely have any spice - Lukewarm when served, might have been sitting for weeks Straight 0 out of 10 would never return, I hope this location closes down.

  Terrible experience. I ordered 5 Tuesday Specials through the drive-thru, with 2 pieces of chicken and fries per order. They asked if they could put everything together in one box, which was fine with me. When I got home, I found that one piece of chicken (a thigh) was missing, and the amount of fries wasn't even close to what you would expect from 5 orders. To make things worse, after handing me the food, they rushed me to move because there was another car behind me, so I didn't even have a proper chance to check such a large order. If you're combining 5 orders into one box, you should still give the customer the full amount they paid for. Very disappointing service.
