  I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC on Kingsway last Tuesday. I ordered the 5- Tuesday special and was asked if I wanted everything packed in one box. I clearly said that I wanted the meals packed separately. However, the staff member separated only the chicken while putting all of the fries together in one box. I politely explained that the fries should also be separated since they were for individual meals. She took the bag back in front of me and moved the fries into separate paper bags instead of placing them in the individual meal boxes. When I noticed there were only four bags of fries, I asked why. She replied that she had put one serving in a box, which seemed inconsistent and confusing. Throughout the interaction, I remained polite and repeatedly said "thank you," but neither of the staff members acknowledged it or returned the courtesy. When I asked for the employee's name, she refused to provide it. The interaction became even more unprofessional when I said, "Excuse me, I'd like to order one more item." Her response was, "What do you want now?" That was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience fell well below expectations. Based on this visit, this has been the worst experience I've had at this location. I hope management addresses the customer service issues, as no customer should be treated this way.

  i waited for 10 mins at drive thru and no one was taking orders. So i went in to order takeout. Like the previous comments the place was a mess and i couldnt stand the foul smell. Left right away due to sanitary concern

  I was in yesterday and I dont think I have been in a food restaurant this dirty ever. The floors were dirty, the smell was bad and what I could see of the actual kitchen was a mess. I think a food safety officer would shut this place down. The quality of tje food was not even close to as good as othe KFC locations I have been to. I won't use this KFC franchise ever again.

  I just wanted to leave a huge appreciation review for Jaskaran at KFC because genuinely good customer service like this deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely polite, respectful, patient, and welcoming. You can tell right away when someone actually cares about how they treat customers, and Jaskaran definitely does. He had such a positive attitude the entire time, even while the restaurant was busy. He spoke very kindly, stayed professional, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. These days it’s honestly rare to meet employees who go out of their way to be this nice and respectful to everyone, but Jaskaran truly stood out. What impressed me the most was how calm, friendly, and helpful he was. He handled everything with patience and made sure customers felt valued instead of rushed. Small things like a smile, polite communication, and genuine kindness can completely change someone’s day, and that’s exactly the kind of energy he brings. KFC is lucky to have an employee like him representing the store. People usually only leave reviews when something bad happens, so I wanted to make sure exceptional service gets appreciated too. Jaskaran deserves recognition for his professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and amazing customer service skills. Thank you again, Jaskaran, for being such an awesome person and making the experience so positive. Keep up the amazing work — your kindness and attitude definitely do not go unnoticed!
