  Stingy behavior. Extra small pieces of chicken. Charged me $0.25 extra for take out but didn't give me a bag even upon request. I had to carry my food in an oily box all the way home. Very disappointed because so far I tought this is best kfc in Burnaby/Vancouver area.

  Very disappointed with this KFC location. I ordered with the app to save time, but I waited more than 30 minutes. When I asked the staff, they said I needed to tell them I arrived before they would make my order. I never had to do this before at this location or other KFC stores. What is the point of online ordering then? Also, the staff’s attitude made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Very poor communication and bad service.

  I had a really great experience at the KFC in the Metrotown food court. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect when you’re craving something comforting and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient—even during a busy rush. It made the whole experience feel much more pleasant. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a clean, positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
