  Considering the size of the chicken patty inside the burger, I must say the price is quite decent. At least far better meat quality than the other fast food brand.

  Kfc is always a hit or miss. This branch is consistently a miss. Also when you go for combo and upsize the fries and drink, the fries are barely upsized but the drink is upsized to 3 times the size of the fries (yay diabetes) Also I have no idea in what world is kfc pepsi actually pepsi. Its like they mixed pepsi with chlorine.

  I had not tried KFC in a while after being disappointed by their quality on my first visit. I decided to try again with a friend, but compared to other KFC locations, this was an even worse experience. I placed my order, and the cashier gave me the receipt and told me my order number. Since the food court was very loud, I couldn't hear the order number clearly, and I could not ask again since the cashier had already walked away after giving me the receipt. I later heard another employee call 270, so I checked my receipt, which said '3270,' and asked if that meant 270. Instead of answering me, the employee responded rudely, saying, "I already said the number!" Thinking she had misunderstood my question, I clarified that I was asking about the "3" at the beginning of the receipt number. Instead of explaining, she raised her voice again and said, "I AM ALREADY YELLING..." She then snatched my receipt, threw it onto my tray, and pushed it toward me with a rude expression. I assume this meant that my receipt's "3270" referred to order number "270," but I would have appreciated a more respectful interaction. I understand that employees may be stressed or busy, but this attitude was uncalled for; it made me feel like I was in the wrong. I can see why other reviews have also complained about employee attitude. The food also wasn't very good. I ordered the big crunch box combo, with the chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. For the price, the fries portion was absurdly small, and some of the fries were soggy. In addition, the burger sauce was spread poorly and unevenly. Considering the burger was already overpriced, having to pay extra for basic toppings like pickles and tomatoes felt completely unreasonable (I did not get them). I rarely leave reviews, but the poor customer service combined with the mediocre food made this an experience I couldn't ignore.

  Bought meals and all fries and popcorn chicken halfway full and I let staff know and they said it’s normal size ,food all cold not even fresh

  Terrible experience. The chicken pieces were ridiculously small, dry, and greasy, and the meal felt completely overpriced for what you got. The employees had terrible attitudes and looked like they genuinely hated their lives. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.
