  Very bad experience they are accepting orders but when you reach there they said the one you ordered is not available will not suggest staff also dont know how to handle customers

  Any other fried chicken place is better. Bathrooms very dirty. Staff rude and seem to have no idea.

  I placed an order for pickup for 10pm and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready! That’s unbelievable. They said it would be 10 minutes when I arrived at 10pm. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

  Came in due to the coupons. Got a great deal for 4 PC tender 4 PC chicken, 2 sides and 2 dips. The deal was app only but the staff helped me order it anyway when it didn't appear. The staff helped me pick my dips by personally recommending her favorites. My receipt didn't even finish printing and my food arrived hot. It was as it teleported into my hands. 10/10 I am so impressed with this service and speed. 🍗
