  Lovely staff. Always gets my order right and the food always hot when I get it. Was super remorseful when I had to wait longer as it was a big order. I only ever order KFC from this place.

  Everytime I come here, it seems like the chicken just came out piping hot, fresh and juicy every time. Super friendly staff.

  I’ve visited this branch numerous times, and it has consistently been a great experience. The food is amazing, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Jai Deep was exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive, which really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  Avoid this location at all costs, especially when a family box of chicken from KFC is now $50+. Absolutely horrible all around. The staff are worse than the chicken at this location. The chicken was so greasy it went through the box, then the bag, and onto the ground. They frequently lie about management, and provide zero value to this once mighty beloved food chain. I called to seek a refund, and they said, our chicken is greasy and dismissed the incident. I then asked to speak with a manager, and was passed through 3 different people claiming to be the manager. It's not supposed to be so greasy that it eats through double packing you brilliant individuals. All of this took well over 30 minutes as well, which is the longest I've ever heard of waiting for a KFC take out order. KFC Canada be warned, this place is a blight on your trademark and they should have their franchise permits pulled! The good thing is, I discovered Mary Browns chicken which is a far better product and run by staff who understand the basics of providing food quality assurance as a result of this fiasco! Mary Browns, please move into the Gilmore neighbourhood and set up shop. KFC Gilmore, you killed a 40+ year loyal customer of KFC, congratulations, you get a BIG GREASY STAR.
