I originally wanted a small round cake as seen below but I was told that the store wouldn’t be able to complete that in the time frame I needed (3-4 days). The person working suggested I get a log cake and that they could still do the graduation cap design on the cake with the message I wanted which I was okay with. I asked for a blue border with dark blue writing. The person working when I placed the order and picked it up was very kind which I want to stress heavily. Not only is the writing not in the colour I had asked for but it’s in 2 different styles and extremely crooked. The border icing was also sloppy and missing in one section. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch and couldn’t get it re-done.
