  Yeah I think their customer service skills are trash here. Like my ice cream was literally stale and not edible and I wanted my money back because it was not edible. Apparently none of the workers are trained to give refunds or even open their tills to give cash. Needs new management clearly when the lady is literally like “I don’t know how to open the register” probably they’re probably too lazy to do that.

  Wow. I paid almost $8 for a small blizzard. Ridiculous. And funny how the prices on the menu or so tiny and thin as if they did that on purpose.
