    I was ordering a pineapple medium sundae and I had to scan something, I was looking at smth before I scanned my phone and told the cashier to wait please. She didn't wait and rudely kept pressing me to scan it. I felt like she kept getting more aggressive each time she said it. I then wanted to switch to a strawberry sundae because my brother wanted it. So I asked the cashier and she said, my coworker already made it. I didn't even pay yet and they aren't letting me switch because they already made it??? This was really upsetting because I had to pay for a sundae I didn't want.

    very nice workers named yashima, rain, and sukhman were wonderful. Definitely recommend going for ice cream on a hot day

    We only had an ice cream there. The customer service was good and quick. The only thing was that they need to clean the tables more often.

    Every time I come here, the staff is friendly (like real people!) and helpful. The service is quick and they’ve always prepared precisely what I have asked for. From ordering 20 blizzards at a time to a rush birthday ice cream cake order, they’ve never been in the least unaccommodating

    Came in for a burger today and had to wait over 20 minutes because it really seemed like only one guy was actually working. I think there were about a couple others on shift with him but they seemed busy with personal affairs... honestly very disappointing, it was pretty busy when I was there too :(
