  The food is not bad as usual but I noticed that Chipotle is getting very picky with their portions both and this location and Poco. Pretty disappointed, used to get a good amount here for what I paid. I probably will not be coming back often. I expect to get a decent amount for an $18 bowl.

  You wanna get sick and have diarrhea, eat their food.The behaviour of the staff is also appalling, they don't follow health care guidelines. Horrible people. If you object to the sanitation and their awfuld attitude they bully you.

  Ordered a single bowl and the chicken portion was noticeably skimpy compared to other locations. A bit of variance is normal, but this felt like I was just being shortchanged. Every table in the dining area was dirty, so I ended up taking my food home to eat. Would advise others to skip this location and don’t waste your money here. Update: They are not even trying to resolve my query and sending copied emails to me every time i email them back.

  I believe I was deliberately overcharged at this location. On Thursday, August 13, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m., I asked for rice. I did not request two portions or specify any amount. The server put rice into one red bowl without asking how much I wanted, yet Sukhanjeet Kaur charged me twice for two portions of rice. When I challenged the charge, she repeatedly claimed, at least four times, that I “usually” order that amount and therefore had to pay for two portions. She is rarely present when I visit and has no basis for defining what I usually order. More importantly, whatever I may have ordered previously was irrelevant: I clearly told her that I wanted only one portion and asked her to remove the other half. She refused to remove it, correct the charge, or offer a refund. She told me to discard the unwanted rice myself. I immediately returned the rice untouched and left it at the restaurant, but she still kept my money. I had consumed only the separately purchased meat and sauce. She also did not initially provide my receipt. When I specifically requested it, she appeared reluctant and had to print at least five other customers’ receipts before reaching mine. Customers should receive itemized receipts automatically so they can verify portions and charges. Portion prices at this location appear inconsistent, and customers should carefully check every charge. I am 57 years old and have lived in Canada for approximately 40 years. I do not remember being treated this way in a Canadian restaurant: being charged twice for one bowl, denied a correction after explicitly rejecting the extra portion, contradicted about my own order, and refused a refund after returning the food untouched. This was not a misunderstanding about rice. An employee decided what I supposedly “usually” order, used that claim to override what I was telling her in the present moment, and forced me to pay for an unwanted portion. The communication, listening, and customer service were appalling. Based on the double charge, resistance to providing a receipt, and refusal to refund returned food, I feel that I was scammed. Management should preserve and review the surveillance footage from approximately 10:40 p.m. and investigate this location’s receipt, portioning, and charging practices.

  I am not a regular here but I have had food from here couple of times. The portion size is getting smaller and smaller each time. I bought one day before yesterday and it was only half the plate. I asked for extra rice and the one serving was looking at me like I was asking for a kidney. And the protein size was extremely small almost as seasoning on top of rice. Extremely disappointed.
