  Every time I order from chipotle, I have high hopes because it used to be so good. However, every time I order it gets worse and worse. The food quality gets worse, flavour gets worse, portions get worse. They are definitely going cheaper in products and just adding more salt so that it gets your attention better. Just make yourself a burrito or go to an ACTUAL MEXICAN GRILL restaurant.

  I LOVE Chipotle’s food, but the Grande Promenade service is absolutely amazing! Jaspreet was so helpful with an app issue that I had, and I’m soooooo grateful for her assistance and kindness.

  Terrible quality and quantity. The rice was extremely hard. I cannot tell whether it’s undercooked or just super stale. The steak was also an off grey colour and definitely did not taste fresh, I don’t know how to describe the texture of the meat but the more I chewed it, the more it disintegrated into a disgusting, grainy, chewy mush that tasted more like cardboard than steak. My stomach started feeling upset while I was eating. Portion size at this Chipotle is also an absolute joke. Whenever I visit any other Chipotle locations, I can’t even finish my bowl in one sitting, however this location’s so stingy with all of their ingredients that it barely filled 2/3 of the container and I had already asked the staff if they could put more in it. The employee literally only gave me 3 measly slivers of bell pepper when I asked for vegetables. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, please don’t waste your time and money on this location, it’s utter trash.

  Worst Chipotle location in Metro Vancouver by far. Wasn’t even a busy lunch rush, but kept rushing you to pick your next topping. Asked for mild salsa and was given spicy. Tried to charge me double chicken when I ordered single. After I corrected the cashier she still charged me double chicken. The chicken itself was bland and flavourless. If you order any of the beans, make sure you ask them to let it strain before they put it in your bowl. Otherwise, they’ll just let all the bean water mix into your food. The rice is either undercooked or it’s been sitting long enough for it to dry, since more than a few grains were still hard when I ate it. Could’ve been a windy day, but will not come back to find out.

  I’m a regular customer at Chipotle Lougheed and I eat here almost every day or every other day. I was there again on Monday, and despite how incredibly busy it was, I was genuinely impressed by the staff’s attitude, professionalism, and customer service. You could clearly see that the restaurant was extremely busy and that the team was working with fewer people than the volume of customers probably required, yet everyone remained respectful, friendly, and focused. I actually mentioned how positive my experience was, and one of the employees encouraged me to share it in a review. After reading some of the reviews here, I was honestly surprised by how many negative comments there were because they don't reflect my experience at this location at all. When you're receiving restaurant-quality food with the speed and convenience of a fast-food service model, there will naturally be challenges during peak hours. In my experience, the food quality has always been great, and the effort and hard work of the employees is obvious every time I visit. As a loyal customer, my only suggestion would be to increase staffing levels. The team works incredibly hard, and having more employees on shift would help reduce pressure on the staff and create an even better experience for customers. And finally, I absolutely love the Barbacoa Beef! 😊 Please keep up the great work!
