  The worst customer service experience I’ve gotten at any fast food place. The workers were so slow and the women serving the food had so much attitude and borderline hate towards the customers. I felt so uncomfortable with her rolling her eyes and sighing after every answer. The portions were so small, they were very disappointing for the price. If they don’t appreciate the job they have, there are thousands of younger Canadians who would love to take their place. Staff needs to do better…

  I’ve never had an issue with Chipotle before, which makes this even more disappointing. I ordered a chicken chipotle burrito (pick up order) to enjoy on a Saturday movie night with my girlfriend. After taking a couple of bites, I realized there wasn’t a single piece of chicken inside—just rice, beans, and corn. We even cut the burrito open to make sure. Our dinner plans were completely ruined, and now I have to cook instead. Really frustrating and not what I paid for.

  Just ask for Quesadilla, and see how useless they pack it ! Entire Quesadilla sticks to paper and it’s really dangerous to eat such disgusting food. Please learn how to wrap it properly. Staff is so bad? They don’t respect your choices, it’s so rushed as if world is going to end ! Better choose food court in Metrotown !

  I've noticed that the portions here have become much smaller than they used to be. The most frustrating part is having to ask for a little more of an ingredient because the initial serving is so small. Customers shouldn't feel uncomfortable or embarrassed asking for a reasonable portion in a meal they're paying for. Unfortunately, when you do ask for more, it often feels like you're being judged or inconveniencing the staff, based on the reactions and looks you receive. It makes the whole experience awkward and unpleasant. I enjoy the food, but the shrinking portions and uncomfortable customer experience are making it harder to justify the price.

  workers here are always in a rush even when theres no one behind me. im more understanding on days theres a super long line but i’ll be rushed when theres one single person in line, who literally just joined, and wasnt waiting for long at all yet i was. workers end up getting my order wrong or saying refusing to put more lettuce because they didnt listen when i said “more lettuce please,” and instead closed the bowl immediately instead and didnt want to reopen it to put more lettuce. the bowl wasnt even full and i know because i left out multiple toppings today 😭😭 its definitely not always like that and i’ll meet some goated workers but 99% of the time yall are in a rush. granville chipotle is far better, better portions, nicer workers. foot traffic cant be an excuse either bc granville is one of the busiest streets ever yet the service is far better. metro chipotle WHY ARE YOU RUSHING. GET MY BOWL RIGHT. kindly give me a free large guac rn.
