  Really clean location with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, fast, and respectful even during busy hours. You can tell the team works hard to keep the place organized and make customers feel comfortable. Definitely one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve been to.

  Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. We walked in hoping to order in person, but were told their system was down and that we had to order through the app instead. So we stepped aside and spent about 20 minutes placing and paying for our order online. While we were waiting, the system apparently came back up, and they started serving people who walked in right after us—yet no one bothered to let us know we could order at the counter again. We were just left waiting, having already paid, watching others go ahead of us. In total, we wasted about 40 minutes between ordering and waiting, all because of poor communication. A simple update from staff would have made a big difference. Pretty frustrating and not the level of service you’d expect.

  Let me justify to all the chipotle fans, leaving a 1 star review because no matter how many times i eat here every single time the server has given me the smallest portions possible, im not even trying to exaggerate and be an ass but the serving size i got of the chicken, rice, and all other ingredients is genuenly grade school level for kids age 10. Its a 14$ bowl and they give you 5$ worth of it, fills me up so much that i might as well go sit down at a restaurant right after 🫩 on the positive side the food tastes good but please fix your standards or workers or whatever to better this

  There were literally more than 10-12 people standing in the line up and only one employee was working on the line. And there were two employees working on the online order( which of course a single person can handle as there were no drivers waiting to pick up the orders). I don’t see why the customers are never given priority here? Literally wasted majority of my break in the line up only….Stupid customer service

  Spoke with a lady named Jashan on the phone and the experience was terrible. I politely asked for extra sour cream and lettuce, but she was rude, offensive, and acted like she didn’t want to help at all. When I said, “Could you please be nice while talking?” she replied, “I am already very nice” in a very unprofessional tone. That completely ruined the customer experience for me. Really disappointing customer service. Definitely not ordering again.
