  I recently went to the Aldergrove Save-On-Foods with my family, I asked a worker named Emily E for the Nanaimo bars which apparently had to be cut and packaged and the service was speedy, and she was awfully kind to my little sister and even offered her a free cookie. Fantastic work save on!

  Was in your store yesterday, Tiana in the customer service ( lottery) ticket area was wonderful. She was pleasant polite and truly a beautiful person to deal with! Thank you again Tiana it was a pleasure meeting you! Kindness and politeness is hard to come by nowadays, so this is appreciated.

  The staff at this food store are very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience shopping here. The store supervisor, Jaspreet, is a very nice and kind lady. She makes customers feel welcome. Highly recommended!

  Western Family frozen mango had a blue foreign piece in it, which looked like plastic tarp, about 4 mm squared . Save-On foods didn’t seem concerned even though they gave me a refund. There didn’t seem to be any reporting procedure. Now I’m wary about eating their frozen food. I check their fruit pieces before I eat them. I am now eating Western Family broccoli and cauliflower from frozen, and it tastes like mold, but I’m not sure whether the taste is from that or the soy sauce I put in it. I’m disappointed that they got rid of their flexible plastic recycling collection bin.
