  Beware of the inferior K cups by Western Family, they will come apart during brewing, block the water flow or fill your cup with grinds. 6 out of the first 10 cups I made so far have blown out and made a mess. Not worth the little bit of savings.

  I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at Save-On-Foods was honestly very disappointing. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. Staff members seemed uninterested in helping customers, and when I asked for assistance, I felt like I was bothering them instead of getting help. The store itself was messy in several areas, and a lot of products were either out of stock or looked like they had been sitting there for too long. I also noticed some items were priced incorrectly, which became frustrating at checkout. Instead of handling the issue professionally, the cashier and manager acted annoyed and made the situation more difficult than it needed to be. What disappointed me the most was the overall attitude and lack of care toward customers. Shopping there felt stressful instead of convenient. For a grocery store that people rely on regularly, I expected much better organization, communication, and customer service. I understand that every business can have busy days, but this experience felt completely unprofessional. Hopefully management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the service and the store conditions in the future, because right now I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
