Apparently thats an alien thang...đź‘˝...however, he needs customer service training. He's very rude and aggressive in his verbiage.

They would do 3 orders on the one lane to 1 order in our lane. When we got to the window they passed our food and walked away. We could see our coffees sitting on the counter. Had to bang on the windows for them to come back. By then everyone behind us was screaming profanities at us to get out of the way. Poor and slow service.

The burger was extremely oily and felt undercooked/poorly prepared, which made it hard to enjoy. The service at the window was also not very welcoming or professional. Overall, I was disappointed with both the food quality and the service. I hope the management looks into this and improves the standards.
