  I had a great experience today at this restaurant, the staff were welcoming and friendly and my order was prepared very quickly. The food tasted fresh and great really gonna visit again soon..😊

  The service that I received tonight. Was absolutely appalling. I eat here? Maybe once or twice a month on my way home from work. I live in Langley work in Abbott's Fur, with all the construction I drive. Past here this evening, I was running late. I was hungry, stopped in to get something. The food was great. The customer service, absolutely appalling. The staff had friends and family in the restaurant that they were chatting with the person that took my order. It seemed like a very large convenience. No customer service, no professionalism, very rude. My food arrived, I told her it was for here. She packed it up in bags, dropped it on the counter in front of me and said here I asked her if she was having a bad day. She said, no, I'm just busy with other things. I asked to speak with the manager, a woman that said she was a supervisor approach. Me apologized, but was not sincere in any way. Seemed more like I was being a bother than a paying customer ruin my experience.I do not think I will be eating here any longer and will be reaching out to their corporate office. I can't get over how rude and disrespectful.The employees were

  Very clean restaurant with plenty of free parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our food arrived hot and delicious. There was plenty of seating available, so we didn't have to wait. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd happily visit again.

  I ordered the Half Pound Beef Dip. Very Tasty. Roast beef shaved nicely. Tastes different than the roast beef in supermarket or pub. Much nicer texture. Au Jus has the right level of saltiness, not too much. Curly Fries has Nice crunch & you can taste real potato inside. Got the 1/2 Pound Roast Beef Sandwich to take home. Wish there were more Arby's in Metro Van.
