  Absolute garbage. Sandwich was a soggy, sauce-drowned mess — completely inedible. They don't care about quality, they just drench everything in sauce to hide the fact that the ingredients are trash. Service was just as bad — zero care, zero effort. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a joke."

  Went to this location place my order repeated the order into the microphone two times still got the wrong product. We were given attitude at the drive-thru window for even being there. And I feel like we were ripped off because the price was $42 for six items and when I asked for a receipt I was told it was in the bag and there wasn't the receipt in the bag. With customer service like this it's no wonder there's only two locations in the lower mainland.

  I would not recommend this location. Today I ordered two sandwiches through the drive-thru, but one of them was made incorrectly. I went inside to politely show the staff the mistake, but instead of addressing the issue, the employee at the till insisted she had packed the order correctly and asked me to bring in the second sandwich as proof that they had made an error. Only after I returned with the other sandwich did they acknowledge the mistake. I don’t understand why it was assumed that I would lie or go through the trouble of coming back into the restaurant over a sandwich. While the employee did apologize afterward, the interaction had already left a poor impression. I don’t visit Arby’s often, and this was my first experience at this location. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I have no reason to return.
