  The young man working this evening, Ranvir, was very kind, respectful, and patient. The lady working with was nice too but seemed to be training and would keep looking to Ranvir for help. Given that it was well after midnight, the staff were very pleasant and Ranvir especially was super patient with everyone but especially all the questions I kept asking. We had been to other 24/hour chains earlier in the evening (7/11, McDonalds) who were not nearly as respectful. It’s nice to see some stores still believe in good customer service even with their late night service. I’m not sure if Ranvir is a supervisor or in management but he should be and he is a very valuable worker. I observed both staff being hardworking and responsive to customers who would come in. I I’ll definitely come back to this Subway for late night orders. Thank you so much for all your help tonight :)

  I came to the restaurant at 8am and it was closed even tho its suppose to be 24 hours.

  I came here walk In and I ordered a veggie sandwich with veggie patty and they were making chicken sandwiches at the same time and didn’t even change their gloves doing everything while wearing the same gloves after that I told the girl to change the gloves she’s was like doing a favour on me, I might never come to this location again worst customer service.

  I’ve got to one-star it for now but will update my rating if customer service comes through. Basically I had a brand-new coupon in the mail and it said it had been used before (which it had not). Staff said the same thing happened the day previous to someone else. The coupon was not honoured and I had to pay full price, which isn’t cool. I kept kind and shared that I’d be writing in about it - Subway’s customer service portal is all AI, so no human contact, plus it only lets you explain in 255 characters (not words), so it seems they really don’t want to hear it. So anyway, if this rating isn’t updated from one star, it means I’ve received poor customer service and will no longer give them my business.

  I have visited this place many times, but this is first time I was refused for a bread of my choice saying they are short and they have kept that particular bread type for online deliveries only. That didn't stop there I asked to add crispy onions and the girl didn’t not add enough when I asked for more she said they are short of crispy onions and are saving those for delivery orders under manager’s instructions. Wonder why are they even open for take out or dine? if they want to refuse and give excuse for every item is short.
