  I am out of province and use their delivery service for sending cakes, flowers and goodies to family in the valley. I do enjoy shopping in your store when I am there visiting as well. This review is for the delivery drivers. They consistently have been so pleasant to speak with and most recently have gone above and beyond their job with how they left the items displayed at the door. Thank you for caring about your customers and most of all being a caring person. The delivery today, I believe was by Jennifer, made the recipient and a lot of other people very happy. Thank you Whatcom Save On Foods and employees for continuing to be a reliable and friendly community grocery store.

  Not enough cash registers open. Customers are expected to scan their own groceries or forced to wait in long lines to pay with cash.

  Good store, fresh good quality produce and as it is in a safe neighborhood no token needed for the buggy. Staff is friendly, but I wish they could stop shouting my name out for all to hear after I gave them my phone number for my discount points. Please stop doing that as I value my privacy!

  Pharmacy can be frustrating. I constantly have to come back because they don’t have something or the service is lacking. I waited at the window for 15 mins while 2 people unpacked boxes and one was on the phone. My time is worth something too
