    Very disappointing experience. The girl taking our order was extremely rude and unfriendly. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, but instead we felt disrespected. There was no patience, no courtesy, and the interaction made us uncomfortable. The food was fine, but the poor attitude completely ruined the experience. I hope the management provides better customer service training because no customer deserves to be treated this way. I won’t be returning to this location.

    First time i ordered the employee taking the order was pretty nice and very respectful. i was hungry so i decided to order again. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. From the very beginning, the girl taking my order had an extremely rude and unfriendly attitude. At first, I decided to ignore it because everyone can have a bad day. However, when I had to repeat my order, her attitude didn't improve at all. She continued speaking in a rude and impatient manner, making me feel like I was bothering her just by ordering food. At that point, I decided to cancel my order because I didn't feel comfortable paying for food after being treated that way. I then drove up to the pickup window to ask what had happened and whether there was a reason for the poor attitude. Instead of addressing my concern, no one gave me a proper response. One employee simply said they didn't know who had taken my order, and nobody took responsibility or acknowledged that the interaction had been rude. There was no apology, no attempt to understand the situation, and no effort to make things right. It felt like everyone was trying to avoid accountability. For me, customer service is just as important as the food itself. I believe the way food is prepared and served reflects the attitude of the people providing it. When employees are negative, disrespectful, and unwilling to treat customers with basic courtesy, it completely ruins the experience. I'm not writing this review because of a simple mistake—mistakes happen. I'm writing it because of the lack of respect, professionalism, and accountability shown by the staff. A sincere apology or even an acknowledgment of my concern would have gone a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer service culture at this location. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be.

    Took drive thru order, The Aunty lady with spectacles was so rude while taking the order in the night shift. So shameless employee. They did not make my Poutine order even after saying that I can wait for it.

    Did an online order waited 20 minutes and all they did was serve to drive through a lady was before me, waited, 25 minutes and then I asked for my money back and they gave me attitude because I had to wait 20 minutes for me to get my meal or I asked for my money back cuz they didn't care about anybody at the front of the house? Never go back to that mcdonald's again

    Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a $1 vanilla cone. When I got to the payment window, I was told they only accepted cash. I didn’t have any cash on me, so I wasn’t able to pay. Instead of offering any solution or showing some customer service, manager Preet simply refused to give me the $1 cone. I understand policies, but the lack of flexibility and customer care over a one-dollar item left a bad impression. Definitely not the level of service I expect from McDonald’s.
