  The dine-in service is inexplicably slow: Last time there were 3 customers, including me, and it took ~10 minutes to just get a smoothie which was incompletelt blended, leaving a large mass of frozen solid at the bottom. This time, there was some other non-smoothie substance on the exterior of my cup and the slow service meant it was infeasible to get it replaced. (Edit: Happened again May 12th.) The dining area wasn't particularly clean nor pleasant, either.

  Very slow, need more staff for a Saturday. I feel bad for the workers.

  I asked very nicely if they would make my order all fresh and that I would be happy to wait and they said it would be no problem. I got the food and drove 5 minutes home, took out the food, it is NOT fresh. These patties were sitting in a drawer for hours, the cheese didn't even melt. The fries are like cardboard. What did I wait for exactly? Terrible. I will not go back here. If you actually want fresh food you won't find it here.
