  This place is counter service and drive thru only. I ordered via the counter kiosk. 10 minutes later a staff member asked if I was waiting for an order. I told her yes, I'd ordered a bucket of chicken, fries and onion rings, and paid for it. She scrolled thru the orders and finally found it. 5 minutes later she walked to the freezer and came back with 2 bags of onion rings. She put some rings in the fryer and then proceeded to scroll on her cell phone, forgetting the rings. By the time I left with the order, the chicken was soggy, the fries were lukewarm and the overdone rings were super crunchy and hot. No apology for the wait, no smile, no customer rapport. We won't be back. Save your money and go eslewhere.

  Very disappointing service. The employees were talking together about their personal lives instead of paying attention to the delivery orders. They seemed to have no concern about the delivery time or how long the drivers had to wait. This caused an unnecessary delay and made the delivery experience very frustrating.

  I ordered today by uber eats the chicken too much salty and seems like refryed. Called for complaint and the lady said call back but nothing returned back. So no recommendations on this location. Very bad experience. Very cheap service on this location.

  I just order inside store for xl chicken popcorn bucket, 1 employee was rude enough to answer a query and we were served stale popcorn with were cold in temperature and weired in taste. When I complaint they said if you ask for fresh then only we prepare fresh popcorn otherwise we serve whatever it is. How awful and weird the staff is at clearbrook location. If there would be 0 rating I would definitely chose 0 ratings. Will never go to this location anymore

  Absolutely the Worst KFC Experience Ever I visited this KFC today, and it was absolutely the worst experience. I waited 30 minutes and still did not receive my food. Thirty minutes wasted for nothing. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this outlet. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. When I asked about the delay, I was told that their machine wasn’t working and they could only take cash. If your system isn’t working, tell customers immediately instead of letting them stand in line and waste 30 minutes of their time. This outlet seriously needs better management and staff training. Customers’ time matters. I have never experienced such terrible service at a KFC. Worst. Worst. Worst. I will never waste my time at this location again.if anyone need free money join them because they don't work.
