  If I could give no stars I DEFINITELY would!!!!! I am a person that takes time out of my busy day to write & recognize great service too unfortunately not the case here. I feel it is my duty to let the public know how the quality of their food is unsafe to eat. Canada Food Inspection agency should be notified for sure. Will be contacting them. Along with the owner of this location. Sadly I have read many reviews about this location ( Clearbrook) & ALOT seem to give 1 star & similar comments. Extremely poor Food quality. ( Serving raw chicken is serious!) I have been in customer service for over 20+ years in a very high paced environment so I respect how hard it is BUT this manager at this location didn't want to listen at all to us. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! If I was the owner of this location I would seriously take a very hard look at this. I am clearly not the ONLY one stating this. She is very bad for your business!!! You know a apology goes along way. No apologies from the staff or her in serving us raw, grease dripping chicken. A matter of fact very argumentative!!! This is so wrong!!! She would have had a repeat customer if she simply apologized for the poor quality of food & made a effort to make it right. NOTHING!!! When we got our food home the order was completely wrong. We phoned immediately to let them know. Asked to speak to a manager. She said we are a very busy location. Yes, this was her response. She then said she will reimburse us our money & give us another order. Went to ask her name & hungup on us. So went in to location to get was promised & then this is where the waste of our time & runaround started. Then told to come in the next day & talk to the "MANAGER?" so we did. This is when it became so disrespectful from this manger( she didn't want to give her name to us...wonder why????) She started yelling at us saying we were disrespecting her customers (REALLY!!??? couldn't believe she was saying this to us. Last time I checked I am a customer that just spent over $40)She said there was no record of reimbursement or to redo the order. So calling me a liar. So left with nothing except being humiliated in front of others. After reading other 1 star reviews I shouldn't expect a apology cause not one apology mentioned in ANY of the reviews! Us customers can't ALL be wrong. You should seriously take a hard look at who is representing your location. This makes a world of difference!!! On top of all this very unhygienic. I informed a employee there was blood on one of the self serve terminals cause saw the man ordering from it & bleeding from his hand. ( Not Ketchup) No one came out to clean the terminal! DISGUSTING!!! NEVER go to this location. Go to the Sumas location. It's only about another 5min drive away. Worth it! Staff are far better, very clean & they take pride in what they serve!! PS. Chicken places are a dime a dozen so go somewhere where your a valued customer!!!

  Worst food i have ever had at a KFC. Chicken was soaked in grease, fries were cold and under cooked and macaroni salad had literally no taste. When dealing with staff their accent was so strong i could not understand them. What has happened to the great KFC? Guess it is gone

  I've been ignored at the drive through multiple times, no one responds to multiple hellos, they have argued with me about if a sandwich has pickles or not when it shows pickles in the marketing photos and they've been out of fries on more than one occasion.

  Worst food u can ever eat is kfc food .. completely unheathy .. i had food from this place and my throat was in pain badly i dont which chemicals they use to cook or wt type of oil it is but felt terrible after eating
