  Attention, Owner... Today I ordered food through skip the dishes & I had very special instructions,as I had an operation on my throat. I was very thankful to have a great professional, Sukhdev...She went above and beyond providing such excellence in customer service & making sure that my food was made to perfection. I ordered the Zinger drip sandwich combo & a poutine. This amazing lady was a true blessing as my food was, hot, fresh & mouth-watering. Please pay attention to this comment, because this experience with this amazing professional and the most watering, delicious food cooked to perfection and excellence in customer service...Param, this amazing professional,needs to be recognized today. I'm writing to you today to ask you to give the highest respect, commendation and endless accolades to an amazingly great professional, Param. Param is always consistent in providing me with the most amazing food that I regularly order through skip the dishes. Today I had the amazing Zinger drip sandwiches, made with special instructions, for the operation that I previously had on my throat. The reason why this lady stands out from so many essential workers in the restaurant business, is because she truly cares and she's not just there for a paycheque...She always goes above and beyond, representing KFC 110 % at all times, however most importantly she truly cares about me as a customer. I used to be a mystery shopper in my younger days, when I was not so sick... I can tell you that this lady stands alone at the highest level of professionals. She truly shines bright as the brightest diamond in our universe. Please acknowledge Param,by giving her the respect and recognition that she deserves!   Whoever is the manager at this store, you need to actually schedule enough people during busy days. There was 11 people waiting for their order and only 2 people in the kitchen struggling. Kudos to them for making it but this shouldn't be happening at all. Such a failure for management. Edit. Waited an hour just for my order to arrive, at least my order was hot and fresh
