    Ordered my son a drink for his birthday and there was not enough syrup in the container and I suppose she was too lazy to refill it so my blue raspberry misty freeze was not blue at all and probably had no taste to it. Same price. Did not charge me less to have a crappy drink. Service people care so little about product lately. It is pretty sad

    Was excited for a mini date night snack! I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and Oreo confection. What I got was cookie dough water as the cream was 90% melted at window. Guy (super nice) couldn’t even tilt the cup or it would run out. And the Oreo cupfection when we got home realized was a skor one. Nice workers just tough spending DQ “money” on not DQ quality food. Seems these chains are getting worse

    I got a cookie dough blizzard, was eating it then came across something hard. There was a plastic lid in the middle of it. Gross.

    There were about 7–8 staff members working, all focused on the drive-thru, while no one was attending the front counter. I waited there for around 10 minutes, and although they could clearly see me, no one came to help. When I tried calling out to get their attention, I was ignored. This was very frustrating and disappointing, disgusting and poor service

    We had ordered a cake for my niece and had asked for the Funky Flower design they have on their website. I even sent in the picture since it seemed like they didn't understand what I meant. I kept explaining that it was a cake design featured on their website. So I go to pick up the cake and it is nothing like what I'd asked for. They only offered to make little dots in the center of the flowers but I said it's nothing like the design I asked for and they didn't seem to care. Cake flavor was great but customer service was not.
