I don't know why they keep making the fajitas and leaving them raw.
I have been to all the Chipotles in the lower mainland time and time again. Fajitas are my FAVORITE part. We have been to this location 3 times now, and every single time, the fajitas taste like they were cut, and thrown on the grill for 30 seconds.
I couldn't believe it this last time I went, thought the first two were flukes, so I spoke to the staff and asked them if this is their standard and they said yes. They told me that they have to be crunchy with a slight browning in the corners (she tried to show me by pulling one out with the tonges and I was like Browning where ??"). They werent crunchy/aldente they were RAW lol.
They were nice enough to cook them more on the side for me as I am pregnant and don't want to risk it with raw veggies, but I am having a hard time understanding how they are the only chipotle in the lower mainland serving raw ass fajitas.
Needless to say I will be making the trip to Chilliwack from now on since the Abbotsford location doesn't know how to cook fajitas properly. It's literally the easiest thing to cook, so I'm shocked they've managed to mess it up this badly.

I got a burrito with: brown rice, black beans, beef Barbacoa, corn, guacamole, cheese, lettuce and hot sauce. They struggled greatly with wrapping my burrito, it conjured images of a surgeon attempting a life saving surgery on the operating table. The burrito split in the middle due to too much unnecessary stress, and to fix the issue they grabbed another tortilla. This was a devastating move, while not only demonstrating extreme ineptitude, it also ruined the structure of my burrito in the process. The outer layer of this beast ended up being far too thick for my teeth. I ended up peeling this whole situation like a banana. Quite the experience.
I got here at 5:13, left at 5:43 so it was a very long wait. I observed staff members leave the station where food is being put together to chat with other workers despite the line being to the door the whole time, and this definitely slowed things down when only one person was managing the food with 25+ people in line.
The restaurant floors and tables were only dirty in one spot, this location seems to have fixed issues raised in reviews on cleanliness and portion size because I had no issue with either. The food was as I’d expect for any other location, downside however was the drink fountain ice lever had come off and the Diet Coke had no syrup (it was just completely clear) which is not good for people who can’t have sugar. Not a bad experience here by any means - just prepare for a long wait or order ahead because the girls at the online order station were getting those done much quicker.

Finally, Abby gets its own Chipotle!!
Was I excited? Heck yeah!
Will I be a regular here? Heck no
These guys need to pump up their game if they plan on competing with Mucho Burrito, Quesada.
Visited there for a takeout and that very well would be my first and last visit here. First, their website was so horrible to be able to order online. Such a glitchy website. They force you to install their app with a promise of an offer (free chips and guac) that freaking does NOT apply on the app (good luck doing that).
Finally, managed to get an order through. Reached the store and was made to wait 20 mins beyond the promised time. Sure, the store was busy and I could see the employees were trying to do their best but why have the app give an estimated time when you know the store is running behind?
For the food, I better not say much. Burritos tasted cold, were not heated/grilled after they were wrapped and chicken was chewy/overcooked. The Kids quesadilla was really a joke and my kid finished it in 2 bites. Both the burrito and bowl tasted pretty dry without much sauces.
Seriously, Chipotle is a hyped chain IMHO. Not worth my money

First off. I LOVE chipotle, my partner and I frequent the langley and chilliwack locations because of so. Walking into the restaurant you can see into the back of the kitchen where the exit door is and there was trash everywhere. Not a good look or feel walking into what is supposed to be a "real food" restaurant. I can handle wait times, totally fair given the newness of the location and people being excited. All around the restaurant was mess. Messy counters, messy floor and nothing really seemed that sanitary. Get to the front to order and literally behind the order desk you can see a huge pile of trash 15 feet behind the front counter. An absolute turn off. My food was good, I ordered a burrito but since eating Ive felt sub par. Im not sure if its the food thats caused that feeling or if its just my head telling me that because of how messy and dirty the restaurant was. I really hope this isn't the standard moving forward cause if so I will not be back.
