  Appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness from all staff at this location. Summer was a challenge this year with the fires and what felt like constant smoke in 100 Mile. Hard on everyone, Save On 100 Mile went above and beyond. Thank you!

  I have been shopping here my whole life. Recently, within the last 5-6 years, the shopping experience here has declined significantly. Not only do the staff look increasingly uninterested, exhausted, and tired, but it’s also clearly not their fault. This store lacks proper management. Recently, at around 9 in the morning, I witnessed a young worker being asked to do something they were unable to do without authorization, and it took almost 10 minutes and multiple calls over the PA system for a management team member to show up to assist them. Not only this, but I also frequently overhear staff complaining about scheduling and management to each other while I am shopping. This has been going on for awhile and I think upper management needs to involve themselves, because clearly the staff are unhappy. This is 100% management, not the staff, and something needs to be done about it.

  I was browsing the fresh beef and the butcher lifted a package of fresh cut steaks to show me through the glass. I gave him a thumbs up and he came out to show me the cuts and I bought three of them plus another pack of beef. By far the best steaks I’ve had in a long time and the personal touch with the butcher is what makes this store so fantastic and friendly

  If I could start this conversation without having to give a star I would.. I'm very concerned about the food handling practices of two staff members ( evening shift) I realize that they do wear plastic gloves But , one employee blew his nose in front of me Then he put the gloves on.. he should have washed his hands first OR at the very least used Hand sanitizer on the wall , near the check out? The second employee, ran his hands through his long , Curly hair and didn't even put the gloves on! And then handled my groceries!!! He also doesn't pick up his feet when he walks around, " scuff scuff, scuff " He needs to pony up his hair!! The next time he touches his hair and my groceries , I'm gonna yank it out!!! Grrr!!! We just got outta pandemic... right??? Barf...
