I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and give it a second chance before leaving a review. However, this is the second time I’ve put in an order through the app, showed up to pick up at the time they say(20mins later) and they hadn’t even started. Then they say “we’ll get started on that in a min”. They push everyone that’s in line through first, while I wait for all those to be made. After the 20 mins I waited to come pick it up, and another 20 mins in the store I finally get my order. Don’t waste your time with this place, there’s a nice subway at the Barstow station and you won’t be waiting 40+ mins at a subway for a 6” sandwich.

Even when the ladies here are short staffed they always have a great attitude and the food is always spot on. Today was not exception. One worker in all the store long line, she had a smile and the best customer service you could possibly imagine. Thank you for hiring such amazing employees.

Shannon is an outstanding employee—always helpful, kind, and incredibly hardworking. It’s honestly disappointing that she often has to manage the night shift alone due to understaffing, yet she continues to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. Unlike previous staff who frequently closed early, Shannon stays open through posted hours and gives her best every time. She truly deserves recognition. Keep up the amazing work, Shannon!

So I understand you can run out of ingredients, but when somebody does an online order and they're expecting to pick it up at a certain time and you haven't even started it simply because you're missing an ingredient and we're waiting to ask the customer that's insanity. And we're not talking about a couple of minutes we're talking about 10 minutes after the order is already supposed to be done they haven't even started it yet. The management at the store needs to learn how to properly order ingredients because this is now happened to me two times in a row, and when you read other reviews you realize it's happened to many people. Either way there's another Subway in Barstow and there's another one at the outlets which I highly recommend you take a detour for a few minutes and go to a place that actually is going to take care of its customers. Very disappointing because this one is directly in route to my work but I will no longer be using them. Oh and the other reviews about the drive-thru are totally true they will not even acknowledge that you were there you will have to go into the store to get your online order.

Me and my daughter placed 2 orders on the mobile app. She waited in the drive for 45 minutes after the app said the food was done while I was texting her on the phone.
Finally, she went inside because after telling her to pull forward no one came to the window. The lady inside said both orders had been picked up already and there were couldn't get a refund or our food.
She was a really rude and said we have to come in tomorrow to talk to a manager. Unbelievable!
