I recently visited here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was very slow, which I believe may have been due to a shortage of staff. I originally planned to use the drive-thru, but the line was long, so I decided to dine in thinking it would be faster. Unfortunately, it actually took longer than if I had just stayed in the drive-thru line.
They had automated kiosks for placing orders, but that didn’t seem to improve the speed of service or overall experience. While the food itself was okay and met expectations, the wait time really took away from the visit.
Additionally, the restrooms were dirty and clearly need more attention and regular cleaning. Cleanliness is important for a good dining experience, and this was disappointing to see.
Overall, the visit was average at best. With better staffing, improved cleanliness, and more efficient service, the experience could be much better.

We have stopped at this location off the 15 FWY on Commerce Pkwy near Lenwood Rd for years while on road trips, but today was our last time.
The service was poor, with only one unfriendly staff member who directed everyone to kiosks despite the lack of a personal touch (I was fine with that as I ordered via the app). However, the real issues were the hygiene standards. The restrooms were disgusting and overflowing with trash, and to top it off, I found a hair in my hash brown which was the final straw. It’s a health concern, and we will no longer be spending our money here. Management needs to address the lack of staffing and sanitation. Sad to see the decline of a long time travel stop.

Can't wait for robot to come out this place is so slow. The manager should have more people from noon to like 8pm to cover the high traffic but robots will fix that. Can't wait

Must order from kiosk, waited 15 minutes for food and not once in the time there did the front counter person acknowledge any of the 8 people waiting

8:00 am on a Wednesday morning. Restaurant has 3 tables occupied and the the rest are all filthy dirty.
Ordered big breakfast with English muffins. Asked for jam for the muffin. Told they charge for jam. I was afraid to ask for pepper for my eggs.
This is what happens when the owner gets greedy. You got my money today, but you will never get another dime of mine.
Over a 3¢ packet of jam!
Get me the heck out of this cesspool of establishment
