This is my 2nd time here and both times seem to have the same issue. 3:48 PM – Arrived. Several cars ahead of us and no outside order-takers, unlike most Dutch Bros locations. 4:15 PM – Still behind two cars and had not placed our order yet. My normal Dutch Bros experience is about 5 minutes total, so the delay stood out. 4:19 PM – A staff member finally came outside to take orders, and the line began moving normally. Once the system started, it worked well — suggesting that the process works, but it wasn’t activated early enough. 4:27 PM – We finally left with our drinks. Total time: 39 minutes, versus the usual 5 minutes I normally experience at other Dutch Bros locations. Staff was friendly, but the outside-order system appears to be used reactively instead of proactively, which makes a big difference in wait times. I like Dutch Bros and want this location to succeed — I just hope the process gets more consistent, because when it’s in motion, it works well.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
