  Considering this was my first time at a Dutch Bros, I’m extremely impressed. I’m typically not one to leave reviews because I think they are overrated. I’m also someone that expects a lot out of myself and hold businesses to a high standard especially when they charge a premium for food and beverages. Which makes me more inclined to write negative reviews when truly necessary. The HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE that Eliana delivered was DAMN impressive!! Not only did she ask me all the right questions to craft a true Dutch Bros Drink experience she was also personable and attentive to what exactly I was looking for. This is above average, I have been to premium boutique, coffee, shops that delivered less in caliber of service. I will definitely be stopping at Dutch Bros when my need for coffee strike and I am reasonably close. Also, it’s worth noting the first question I asked per pertain to what brand of non-dairy oat milk did they use and to my excitement they use what I consider to be the best brand in terms of flavor and quality you know the oat milk brand CALAFIA FARMS this is the barista blend that is in a tall square shaped container, not the thin rectangular container, which is the same brand but a different milk entirely.

  Dutch is my fav coffee shop! I have visited several locations as I travel out of state and this one is by far the most disappointing one. While in line I saw two broistas yapping it up, and 4 cars in front of me. Who haven't ordered. Then a vehicle with a dog out the window a heavily pregnant woman wobbled over there to pet the dog and socialize for 5 straight mins. Once she was done she decided to go have a seat on the patio. Then when it was my turn to finally order AT the window, we had to scream it across the drive thru window to the girl on bar. Several times mind you. If you can't hear your customers order at the window maybe turn the music down or utilize the employees that are just standing outside doing nothing. So extremely disappointed. If I didn't already waste 20 minutes in line I would've absolutely drove off. Horrible horrible and an embarrassment to the Dutch Bros name

  Ok so before I start I have to say, I have MS. Some days are good, Some bad. Well dumb me was having a bad days and I walked up to the window and lost my balance and went down. At this point I realized I didn't have the strength to get back up. That's when Jeanie came out and picked me up and put me back on my feet. Got me to the bench and made sure I was ok. When they finished my order CJ walked me to my truck to make sure I was stable and didn't fall again, You can not pay for that type of service. They all made sure I was ok and safe. I have never been so grateful for them. Thanks guys!

  The drinks are always great, but the service really needs some work. My friend placed a mobile order at 6:15, we got there at 6:40, and didn’t get our drinks until 7:13. And honestly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. There have been multiple times where I’ve gone up to the walk-up window and waited over 30 minutes just to have my order taken, while the drive-through kept moving the whole time. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what, but it’s frustrating. I love Dutch Bros, but I definitely won’t be coming back when I’m in a rush.

  I come to this location fairly often, my drinks are made the same each time which is nice, my only complaint is mobile orders. Every time I place one it’s not ready until 10-15 minutes until after my initial pick up time. I usually place it 20 mins before work so that i know i have time to grab and go, 80% of the time im stuck waiting for my drink. It’s a little annoying especially when I place the order way in advance. Wish they handled them better! I understand being understaffed and am more lenient in terms of waiting longer but even days where it’s slow and there’s multiple employees I’m stuck waiting. Plus some of them have attitude if theres something missing and i point it out? How is it that im stuck waiting that long AND my drink is incorrect :(
