She was working the drive though i warches her take thr order for the car in front of me and next to me and themlm skips me and continues going down the line. I finally get to the window to let me know i was skipped and SARAH or SARA wanted to get an attitude saying she came to my car if so my order would of been taken. Then at the window SARAH or SARA proceeded to get a huge attitude and not apologize for skipping my car. SARAH or SARA has porr customer service and needs to be trained again. She needs to learn how to handle and deal with customers cause SARAH or SARA was in the wrong today and i hope this gets corrected.

Chrissy was awesome and made our night even better with his awesome personality and conversation. It was much needed before our long drive. 10/10 recommended this location!

But more importantly the staff!!! I have a few favorites!! SARAH and ELIANA!!! Always very friendly and outgoing they love to have me try new drinks or know my drink when I mobile order and come hand it out to me while I’m waiting in line!! Anyone to say they are ever rude 100% that customers fault! The best customer service everrrrrr. I love them!! Thank you Dutch bros for employing people who make my day better and serve delicious coffee. You guys are the best!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
