- GGGloriaMar 23, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an order that included a steak bowl along with chips and guacamole. The chips were missing from my order, and although I did receive the guacamole, it was already dark, oxidized, and had a very bad taste. I want to point out that I understand it may seem like “just chips,” but I would never purchase guacamole without the chips. It makes no sense to leave out an essential part of the order, especially when it was paid for. Mistakes can happen, but what made this situation worse was the complete lack of customer service. I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. There was no way to get assistance, no follow-up, and no accountability. It’s frustrating to spend your money and not receive what you paid for, and to be given food that is clearly not fresh. This shows a lack of quality control and attention to detail. Customers should be able to trust that their food will be fresh and their orders accurate. I hope management takes this seriously, improves their order-checking process, and ensures food quality standards are met. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

We were really hungry driving back from Palm Springs and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Nola was so nice, helpful and generous. I couldn’t decide which meat I wanted and she let me try several options and was just downright fabulous! You definitely have a great employee in Nola. She’s definitely 5 stars ✨⭐️🌟💫!!
