  The lady working 5.19.23 is really really slow 3 customers walk out. I was going to but was really hungry never again 4 sure

  This location is closed to me. Nice staff and fresh food.

  This place is owned by the same person that owns Subway on Merced & Sunset. As they say good help is hard to find but not impossible. These workers have yet to realize the customers allow them to receive a pay check. Without customers, no business, no check. I came in 3 workers were off to the side. All 3 went into the back. Two came in from a break. Only 1 washed their hands and they proceeded to go into the back. Then eventually 1 came out and started my order. A food delivery guy came in to pick up an order. He announced he was there to pick up an order. The person behind the counter said "it's over there at pick up". Just like the driver I to was looking around to where she was referring. Eventually he found it and left. My order at this point was completed. Now another worker finally comes out the back and tallied up my order. You really get the sense that by coming in. You are disturbing or interrupting their time. I just so happen to wind up here because the location on Sunset & Merced screwed up once again. Or should I say for the fourth time.

  I'll start off by saying it was my mistake for attempting to even order a salad at a subway but I wasn't feeling like bread. What I got for a "steak and cheese salad" was an unfresh half full (or half eaten box) that is truly embarrassing to not only Subway but embarrassing for me to eat since everyone is saying what the heck is that piece of...?! Definitely not what was presented online. Subway needs to have some real quality assurance checks at this location.
