  This store is TRASH! The manager “George” and the another woman who was there 2/13/26 @ 430-4:45 are completely clueless on customer service. I ordered a pizza online . I specifically input carry out and for 7:30 pick up time. As soon as i paid, it said they were making it now. I did not want it for now. I wanted it for 7:30. As soon as i saw, i called the store. I was on hold for 15 min. A gentleman answered, i let him know my situation. I gave him the name under the purchase. He said it was already out for delivery and can not cancel. Already frustrated, i told him what do you mean. It clearly says carry out. Im picking it up.. He wasnt “able to cancel” Then i ask for a a manager. He put me on hold and then said the manager wasnt there and to call back . And as i was taking he hung up on me. I called back. A lady picked up. She told me the same thing. My order was being delivered and something regards to doordash. Told her again. What do you mean. I ordered it online through papa johns . I put carry out which means i am picking it up. I put for 7:30. Not 4:30. Told her i was speaking to a gentleman and he hung up on me as i was still talking to him. Tell me why she says hes the manager.. So he lie about the manger not being there. He was the manager… Already angry with this back and forth i asked for his name. She did not to provide it. She kept putting me on hold. She said he did not want to provide it. I asked again. She said she did not want to get in trouble. And i told her i need his name to file a complaint. Either she can give me hers or his. Thats when she said the name “George” . Idk if thats his name. But shitty customer service. I worked in retail/customer service. That wasnt it. Papa johns, go back and train them to do better. And this is why i never ear here. This is why i go to dominoes . Better customer service and they don't have roaches in their building like papa johns. Got an email from the GM and he hates criticism. Blamed me for a glitch on their end and their store employees horrible customer service.

  看到其它Post说他们家都在做优惠活动， 那就试一试~真的很实惠，才$10.99…… 并且品质很不错……加了很多配料~ 并且是亲眼看见他从造饼到烘焗一条龙~~ 拿到家15分钟~~还是很新鲜~~~ 并且没什么油~~吃得没有负担和嘴腻~~ 唯独是那个小鱼干…真的很咸， 但是如果没有它~~整个pizza就很单调了~~ 太上瘾了，明天会继续吃~~

  Papa john's house pretty good pizza though it needs its drivers back They make so much money, they need to stop being cheap.. and your employees inside one employees are very helpful.The only difference is that papa john's is overworking them short staff not enough.HelpTwo people per shift.Sometimes in one person that's overworking your employees and i'm sure for low wages, they deserve a raise.They work hard for you.Make you rich. Now, Papa, John, you need to step up and acknowledge that your employees are making you rich. Give them extra help because they need it. Get them the right drivers DoorDash, not worth it. They got too many stops that by the time I get my pizza.It's cold.
