  Ordered my sandwich through the app, for pickup. I didnt open my sandwich until I got home and I see this sad sandwich with very little ingredients in it. Asked for extra spinach and this is not even enough regular spinach.

  My gift card was compromised from my Subway app and used at this location. $76.79 in food on 3/4/26 at 8:05pm. I live in Florida. No one is answering the phone at the store to clear this situation up. Not good business practice.

  Customers should be aware that this location appears to reduce portions when a coupon is used, which should not be the case. So I'm just letting you know that this location seems to treat coupon customers differently, so be mindful of that when ordering. This is my experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While waiting in line, I watched two customers ahead of me receive generously filled sandwiches with all the ingredients they asked for. When it was my turn, before I even ordered, the employee asked if I was using a coupon. I said yes. After that, my sandwich was made with noticeably less food about half the cheese, half the pepperoni, and far fewer vegetables. When I asked why there was a difference, the employee told me the owner instructed staff to give less of everything to customers who use coupons. Coupons are Subway-authorized promotions. Customers should not be treated differently or penalized for using them. This practice is misleading and unfair, and it reflects poorly on this location.

  The Indian lady with glasses have nasty attitude. And don't put alot of Ingridients. She don't like when you use coupons ither!
