  This is a sonic. The drinks are cold. So is the food. I've never gotten a hot meal from a Sonic, and this location is probably the worst offender.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Sonic Drive-In on White Lane. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes during Happy Hour, only for my order to finally be taken after the promotion had ended. It honestly felt like the delay was intentional. There was no urgency from the employee, no communication about the wait, and no effort to acknowledge that I had already been sitting there well within the Happy Hour timeframe. To make matters worse, I was then charged full price instead of the advertised Happy Hour pricing—even though I had been waiting in line the entire time. That feels incredibly dishonest and unfair. Customer service was also very poor—no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. I understand places get busy, but making customers wait 30 minutes just to miss a promotion and then overcharging them is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address what’s going on at this location.

  I went today to sonic and I literally was waiting outside for More than 30 minutes and no one came outside will I was pressing the button they said wait were gonna come but I already prest the button 3 times there was only 3 people working over there really bad service we had to go to KFC atleest better service I never gonna go back to this sonic until they fix their crap

  Messed up an order with o ly 3 ite.s and the phone number doesn't work so you can't even call. Should have been chili cheese tots. If I could give 0 stars I would.
