  I ordered off of DoorDash and my package was sealed correctly, but when I opened my package, I noticed that there was just a piece of bread just in the back, not wrapped at all and I didn't even ask for bread!

  I recently visited this location with my kids and had a disappointing experience. When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly by a staff member named Alisha, who I believe may be a manager based on how she was dressed. However, my experience quickly changed. The line was long, and when I asked if oatmeal was available, she explained that it’s usually only served in the morning. I then politely asked if she could check whether any was still available. After that, her attitude shifted noticeably. She became short, rude, and appeared visibly irritated while speaking to me, all in front of my children. It made us feel very uncomfortable. I want to point out that I visit this location almost daily in the mornings, and the morning crew consistently provides excellent customer service—they are always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I believe customer-facing staff, especially those in leadership roles, should maintain professionalism and treat customers with respect at all times. Based on this interaction, I do not feel Alisha is suited for a front-facing role if this is how she responds to simple customer requests.
