I was looking at them but none of them were coming towards me. They were all ignoring me. I told two people to give me my order. They said that they would give the order. The girl working at the front was talking to others and asking them,She was talking to her like that but she was not working. I asked her twice to give my order. She was saying that she would give it to someone else. She was just busy talking. Why don't they act responsibly? Who is responsible for wasting my 20 minutes?

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 pm and the dining room was already closed, I went to the drive thru and they didn't want to deliver me the food cause I didn’t bring my car ! I live across of the restaurant why I need my car if I ordered it to pickup on the dinner room and I had already paid for, the truth was very unpleasant having to deal with the employees to pick up something I had already paid for and I don't understand why the dining room closes so early
