  Made an order for pick up while I was checking out in the grocery line at walmart. Mysteriously my order was already marked ready the MOMENT I submitted it. After I finished I showed the order to the guy at the counter who BARELY glanced at it and told me to wait to the side. I then waited 35 minutes with a crowd of other frustrated customers. And that would have been fine because I get that staffing can be challenging at times, if he didnt THEN tell me my order wasnt in their system and not believe i ordered to the right location. When i asked is this not the fashion place mcdondalds (what my confirmation email stated), he literally said he doesn't even know the address. THEN he gets the manager who runs me in the same circle, makes a comment that they don’t give out “free food”, and essentially accused me of ordering to the wrong location too despite the literal proof on my phone. I showed her the pending bank transaction, since she was concerned about me not paying, then she claims I’m still wrong because it was pending for the 14th. YEAH PENDING BECAUSE THE ORDER ISNT COMPLETE???? Basic bank knowledge would tell you that a pending transaction posts once it’s complete, most transactions dont even post right away. She basically just told me to dispute it with my bank then and refused to help me. I ordered at 1:15 pm and I BARELY left after all of that at 2pm. Absolutely ridiculous service and even more ridiculous of a manager who, might I add, wasn't even out there helping her two staff clearly struggling to keep up the whole time I was waiting. She only showed up after they called to help me and packed one bag and that was it. Gosford walmart already closed their mcdonald’s, they need to get rid of this one too. Clearly they can’t handle running a business inside a busy store.

  Missing multiple items from delivery. Bag was sealed but large fry was literally half filled. Quarter pounder meat was burned badly. I don’t know how much more wrong you can get

  The lady taking our order on October 14 at 6:05 pm was super rude and had no customer service and our food was cold and burnt, would not recommend coming here.
