  I got an order from here, i go to drive through and im waiting here 3-5 mintes and Both the woman also looked at me. And she is ignore me. At least she can talk and tell whether it is closed or open? She is rude. I don’t like that people no respect. I attach the order also

  Night Shift Employees (Bunch of Youngsters) were very rude and completely ignored me at the drive thru after giving me my receipt when I had a question regarding the order taken just for me to confirm after the fact that they did miss some items on the order AND added what could’ve been the person behind me’s order.

  This has to be one of the busiest facilities that I have seen in a long time. I placed my order on the app, (which needs some attention) found out that you can customize a frapp drink. After I finally arrived, just as everyone else, I waited in line and finally reached the drive thru window. This has to be on of the best Caramel frapps I have had in a long time. After paying for it on the app, I could have just went to Sonic and purchased a route 44 coffee and saved a few bucks. Always bargain shop before placing your order. After the shots of caramel and shots of espresso, the total came to 8.50. Even more expensive then vintti starbucks drink.

  It messed up my app when I was in the Drive-Thru but as soon as I got out drive-thru my app was working, we had to drive around two times the drive-through and nobody comprehend the code in the first place so they sent us to the wrong thing and then we had to go back around to talk to somebody and get the right for the order and they took their sweet time
