  The help was rude, kiosk doesn't work, long wait and there is no sign to let customers know that big breakfast platters are not served after 10:30AM. Waste of time.

  Favorite McDonald's me And my friends some here all the time the food is good and the service could be a bit better but other than that it's good

  Took my grandson for a 10 piece meal. Girl who was at the pay window was super nice. Went to pick up window, bag was missing the fries, female grabbed the bag looked annoyed because I asked for fries I paid for, handed me the bag and shut the window with no eye contact or sorry. As I drove away I realized she didn’t give us the soda. Went back, another girl at the window was talking to other employees for about 5 mins, so I knocked on the window to ask for the coke so I could leave. She obviously seemed upset that I knocked. All I wanted was the missing coke I paid for 10 mins prior that I had to go back for. Neither of these girls could care less to even apologize for THEIR mistakes. Customer service sucks !!!!

  I went there yestarday night around 9pm and i have to say the guy there was a trooper taking care of the lobby drive thru he was doing it all and on top of it all he was extremly friendly appologizing for the wait and making sure we were all taken care. There was these rude kids that came in being rude and loud but he always kept his cool after i was done eating i went up to him and thanked him i asked for his name but to be honest i forgot i want to say osiel or somewhere around them lines but anyways he did a terrific outstanding job ill be definitly going back thats for sure
