There has been multiple instances where I try going at 11:30pm-12am and they’re already closed completely saying to come back within business hours. Secondly any time I do go through and they are open during the day they always get my order wrong. It’ll look right on the screen but I receive the wrong things or they’re missing.

Every time I come here, the line feels completely dysfunctional. Cars that pull up after others somehow get served first, and there doesn’t seem to be any clear system for handling the order of vehicles. It creates confusion and frustration, especially when you’ve been waiting longer than people who just arrived. On top of that, the customer service is inconsistent. Staff often seem disorganized, and there’s little communication about delays or issues. I understand fast food can get busy, but basic organization and fairness in the drive-through shouldn’t be this difficult. Hoping management can improve the flow and overall experience because it has potential — it just needs better coordination.
