I asked for my order and the girl looked at ticket and said "We out of the green donuts" and just walked off! Didn't offer to refund my money or sub them out for another and was told it would be 90 mins if I wanted to wait, I just left! Stay away

It was super busy and a lot of people where upset at the workers because the orders they had where not ready yet. There was about 20-25 online orders that they had to be taken out while still helping the people in store which was about 15 people as well. A lot of the orders had the green glazed donuts that were being made as fast as the machine could so there was nothing the workers could do to make it go faster. These workers were working as fast as they could and were doing the best they could. Cashier was doing an amazing job keeping a smile on her face while some customers were being rude. 10/10 they did awesome!

I went in to pick up an order. The rude girl didn't even acknowledge me. She helped 4 cars on the drive thru before coming to see what I needed. My order has already been placed at 620am. I got there at 625am to pick up. It said my order should be ready by 631am. I finally had my order in my hands at 640am, and that is thanks to the lady from the back that came and put my 4 dozen of assorted donuts together. She is the only one that acts that way. The rest of the employees are nice and cordial to the customers.
