  The service is absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes for sandwiches that were made wrong. My sandwich was so gross I had to throw it away. I had a couple of ok experiences but today was awful

  I went to the big Jimmy Johns on Friday, I have never been there and was curious on what to try. Jaxson, who was running the register and making sandwiches was so helpful with deciding what sandwich I should get. After deciding what sandwich I wanted, I was expecting to wait a while but he was done just like that! The sandwich was the best I’ve had in a while, I couldn’t have asked for a better employee to help and make my sandwich!!❤️❤️
